*Author's Note: Spoilers from  Season 4 episode 8  Sole Crusher. If you have not seen this episode of Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir, I advise you view it first. It will make this storyline more understood.  

       Zoe Bougerious felt sad. She was new in town and felt like she would never fit in. How was she too?  Sure, she had always dreamt of the moment, she stepped foot off the plane in Paris, France.   She did that today, but her welcome home was far from welcoming.

      She went to the bakery. She was given some macaroons by the kind lady there, Sabine. Then, she met Marinette' the baker's daughter. She thought the Bluenettte girl was clumsy but kind.   After this, she went to meet her family, but that was where disaster struck.

      No sooner had she step foot inside the Bougerious hotel than her sister Chole bossed her around.  She was not used to such behavior. It hurt her feelings. Things were bad enough at the school back in New York as it was.  She never had any friends except for one person.

     Now, she felt all alone in this big world of unfamiliar territory. She had no clue how to respond to it all.  She sat on the bed as Chole went on and on about how you needed a servant, someone to order around, and so on.

     The whole time Zoe felt bored, awkward, and unsure of herself.

       Why could not someone appreciate her for who she was for a change?
