"Avni?? Where are you yr??" Neil calls Avni from downstairs. There was no response from her. He went upstairs to check on her.

As he entered their room, he saw her sitting on the floor at the bedside crying. She was reading a magazine.

"Avni, Baby.. what's wrong??" Neil asks worried.

As she saw him, she quickly hid the magazine under the bed & wiped her tears.

"Oh nothing, aise.. my eyes were burning that's all" she lies.

"Baby, you're very bad at lying, now show me what you're hiding?" He inquires sitting beside her.

"Nothing yar, let's go, we're getting late.." she tries change the topic. But Neil pulls out the magazine under the bed. It was a magazine full of baby cloths & pictures of cute babies. He looked at Avni as her tears couldn't hold in longer. The tears streamed down her eyes, aching his heart.

"Oh Avni.. please don't do this to yourself.." he says softly cupping her cheeks.

"Neil,.. my baby.. I lost my.. my.. baby because of my stupidity." She cried out louder as Neil embraced her into a hug. Neil remembered the engagement night & started to feel the same pain & guilt again. He never wanted this. How he wished he could go back & take her pain away. To go back & stop her from cutting her wrist.

"Avni I'm sorry jaan.. I'm so sorry.." he uttered as he felt his eyes getting wet. He was as hurt as she was. He also lost his child. He then remembered the Dr. saying that after a woman has a miscarriage, she will feel a little depressed & sad at her loss, so it's important to distract them & keep them happy as much as possible. Neil knew he couldn't fall weak. He had to stay strong for avni. He wiped his tears away.

"Avni let's go, stop crying now" he says wiping her face.

"Oh my god!! It's a witch!!" He screams.

Avni's eyes widened.

"What?! Where??" She exclaims.

Neil takes her to the mirror.

"Right there" he says laughing over his grief. Her eye liner had smudged all over her eyes.

"Oh my god!! Neil your so mean! I'm going to beat you!" She says laughing along while hitting him.

"I told you not to watch too many horror movies!" He says laughing at her as he hugged her.

Later that day, Neil got a call from Arjun.

"Neil listen.. this is very important. I just wanted to tell you that Avni's life could be in danger. Please watch out. I was pretending to be on Rajat's side so I could find out exactly what he wants." Arjun says.

"What??" Neil exclaims.

"Yes Neil. I would never go so low to hurt you both. On the day of the engagement, I figured there was definitely something wrong when you were insulting Avni's family. And on the day of the wedding, I had figured it was a plan by you two, that's why I played along & left with my family. I know it was your dad Neil. He's behind whatever has happened. But Neil I have a feeling he's going to do something bad... please just take care of Avni. I'll keep you updated if I find anything else out." Arjun says.

"How do I know you're not lying just to win our trust?" Neil asks confused.

"Neil why would I lie?? You know me since college yar. I can't see you both being hurt. Please just trust me." Arjun says.

"I'm trusting you Arjun. But how do you know that Avni's life is in danger.?" Neil inquires.

"Neil I overheard him talking on the phone with someone about kidnaping her.. and.. about.. raping her. That's why I'm telling you to watch out & keep your eyes on her."  Arjun says.

Neil clenched his fist at listening to Rajat's disgusting plans. He hanged up the phone and went to check on his wife.

Avni was in the kitchen baking him a cake which he was craving. He smiled at the sight infront of him. She had dough on her cheeks & hair. Her saree was tucked to the side, exposing her milky waist. He couldn't take his eyes off the beauty infront of him. He sneakily walked behind her & hugged her from behind, putting his head on her shoulders.

"Neil.. it's not finished yet! Go wait outside or go watch your favourite movie on tv"
Avni says.

"I can't. Who watches TV when they have a super hot wife in the kitchen. Plus I don't want to take my eyes off you for even a moment." Neil says huskily against her ears while tracing his lips along her earlobes, making her shiver under his touch.

Suddenly something went in his eyes & he winces.

"What happened??" Avni inquires.

"Something in my eye" he says.

"She cups his cheeks & blows into his eyes. He looks at her with affection. Finally he realized he was staring at her until she pushed him away as he was coming closer to her lips.

"Neil.. don't start this again.. remember last time the maid showed up." Avni Says.

"I don't care.." he says huskily, continuing to trace her neck with his lips.

"Do you want to take it to the room..?" Avni Says in a seductive tone.

"Yes.. lets goo" Neil says, already turned on.

"Well too bad! Should have think that before calling me a churail this morning!" Avni says pushing him away in a huff.

Neil looks on stunned.

"Yar.. you wives seriously don't forget anything we say! You girls remember every old things!" Neil says sighing.

"Ofcourse we do" Avni Says sticking her tongue out.

"Look I'm your pati Okay? You need to fulfill some responsibilities of a wife too.. for example.. when you're husband is really craving for you.. you should do something about it" Neil says winking.

"You're also craving cake & im already making that for you so go outside & sit quietly. Don't you dare enter my kitchen again." Avni Says.

"Fine" Neil says pouting.
