His life took an unexpected turn when he found himself pursued by a menacing monster, leading him to stumble upon Camp Half-Blood at the age of 16. There, amidst the safety of fellow demigods, he found refuge from the dangers that plagued his existence outside the camp's borders.

Despite his newfound sanctuary, Castor remained guarded, preferring solitude over forging deep connections with others. His experiences had taught him the value of self-reliance and caution, and he treaded carefully in the world of demigods, wary of making enemies or exposing himself to unnecessary risks.
