1 moon later ( leaf fall)
She had woken up at dawn, she had to assign patrols, but was very hungry. Last night almost all cats went to sleep hungry. She would assign extra hunting patrols and all border patrols would have to bring at least 2 pieces of fresh kill back to camp.

"Cloudtail, lead a patrol over to the Windclan border to make sure they haven't strayed across the border, leaf falls been harsh to all the clans. Take Brightheart, Foxleap, And Spiderleg. All patrols must bring back at least two pieces of freshkill, we need to stock up." she stated. Many cats nodded.
"Brambleclaw lead a hunting patrol near the Sky oak with Squirrelflight, Icecloud, Birchfall, And Whitewing."
"Yes." Brambleclaw nodded.
"Thornclaw, go take a border patrol on the Shadowclan border with Blossomfall, Dustpelt, and Greystripe." Thornclaw and his patrol left without a word.
"I'll lead a hunting patrol near the lake with Stormheart, Lionheart, Brackenfur, Toadstep, and Sandstorm. Head out!" Liontail called.
" Let's hunt in pairs." Liontail directed once the lake was in smelling range.
"Toadstep, Brackenfur. Sandstorm, Lionheart. Stormheart, with me." Liontail ordered. She saw a skinny mouse and flicked her tail at it. Stormheart seemed not to think it was worth telling the forest we were there. He spotted a vole and started to stalk it near a tree, it was me and my sisters hunting move, we did practice together before he became a warrior. I came closer and got into the hunters crouch, then it noticed us. Stormheart pounced at the same time as me. We collided on the ground against the tree, we missed the vole, but a mother sparrow with three chirping chicks learning to fly beside their mother.
"Let's get it once it lands." Stormheart said. Something inside of me told me not to.
"No. It's a mother." Stormheart seemed to see the pity in my eyes.
" Ok. I've been wanting to ask you since you became a warrior, d- do, you, want to, ha- have, have kits?" Stormheart asked gently.
"I, I, do, but, so soon, well I suppose it's been awhile, yes, I'm sure it isn't so soon, I'd love to!" I half said to myself.
"Great, I'm sure they'll be great warriors, or even a medicine cat if they want. I'll love them until my last days." Stormheart ended proudly.

moons later

It had been a whole moon since me and Stormheart decided to have kits. I was due to give birth to my lovely kits any day now. When one day I just couldn't stand it.
" Leafpool! It hurts!" I yelled to my slightly panicked sister. She had found out that our other sister, Squirrelflight was going to have kits only in a moon, now they were safe in the nursery. She had 3 toms and a she kit. "Ok, I'm sorry, I can't give you poppyseeds." Leafpool stated sadly with sympathy for her sister. "It's bad for pregnant she cats, you could lose a kit, you know I couldn't do that to them, to you." She finished. I headed out and went to the nursery for a nap. I dozed off quickly, it must have been the kits wearing me down. I had a particular dream, but this time it was different.
She was standing on the highrock, with her mate and deputy, Stormheart, and her sister and medicine cat Leafpool. She had called a clan meeting to announce the arrival of her sister, Squirrelflight and brambleclaws kits, Volekit, Crowkit, Treekit, and Dawnkit. And her own kits warriors ceremonies. Stormheart looked prouder than any cat shed ever seen. And then she saw Tigerstar, the ruthless cat who had killed her father. "Attack!" She howled to her clanmates. And then she woke up.
