At the secret base, Mewtwo returns back and the boss was pleased that the heroes were tempered and terrorized. The boss had one more job for the villains. He wanted them to all go to make things really drastic. The villains were up for it and went their separate ways and meet each other later before their defeated the heroes. Bowser went through a portal of flame walls, Ganon goes through the dark portal, Wario leaves on his Wario Bike, King Dedede leaves with his palanquin of Waddle Dees, Bowser Jr. leaves with his Junior Clown Car, Dark Pit flying away and two unknown villains also leaves by their own path.

Meanwhile, our Heroes arrived at Big Battlefield and were paranoid that another challenger was approaching. Ness saw into the future and saw negative outcomes. Before he could tell anyone what he saw, he was grabbed and kidnapped... by the villains.
