"ANNABETH CHASE  GET YOUR BOTTOM UP!" My mom ,Athena yells. I groan. My mom likes up and at 'em at 5 in the morning. But even though I'm not a morning person I'm excited to start school at CHB school for the privileged. My mom is Athena Chase. I'm sure you've heard of her. I get dressed in an orange CHBsftp. And jeans with my worn out white converses. I try to tame my curly blonde hair it doesn't work. I don't care to look at myself in the mirror. Beauty isn't my thing. I walk downstairs and my neatly organized suitcase and backpack. I smell waffles and eat quickly. I run out to meet my friend Calypso. Today was the day I would start to attend CHB College for the privileged. I met Calypso at the bus stop. Then a big beautiful (might I add)blue and orange bus pulled up in front of us. Her white tunic billowed in the wind. It was to show she was Chiron's 'daughter'. We got on and sat in the way back. We weren't loners, we just didn't know any body. Suddenly, I felt a large thunk next to me. It was a girl and when she looked at me with electric blue eyes I was startled.
