He led me back into the gym

We both layed down next to each other, I cuddled in his neck

"Yeah" I replied

Yes. Its a HUGE coincidence, but me and Mark share the same birthday

He smiled and looked at me

"That special song you made about us?" He reminded me

I smiled thinking about it

Then I thought about Dej

I wouldn't have been able to do it without her

It was me and Mark's birthday

But I was stumped. Choosing a very special gift was gonna be hard. And were supposed to present our gifts to each other at 6pm in front of the whole team. It was already 1pm

"Ugh! This is so hard" I groaned

Dej smiled at me

"Well Ally, when I'm stumped, I sing" She looked at me with a smile

I sighed "Dej if your telling me to write a song and sing it, I can't. Cause I can't sing. I sound too ya know....normal. Nothing like you, you could be a singer if you wanted to"

"Well, Ally, everyone has a singing voice. Even if its average or a little cracked, we can fix that" She said

I smiled a little

"Come on, I'll help you make a song"

I nodded as we began

Then after that, we working on my singing

Then we tried to find a beat to it

With the help of Silvia, Dej, and Celia, we found a happy yet soft smooth beat

Dej then made an instrumental out of it and downloaded it onto her phone

"I'll borrow my dad's portable wireless speakers and all you have to do is sing to it"

I smiled and hugged Dej

"Thanks for all this" I said

She smiled and hugged back

"That's what friends are for"

Time skip

It was 6pm

I met Mark at the soccer field with everyone else

He smiled and handed me a present

"Here...I know how much you like pictures and memories" He said

I smiled and looked at the pretty picture collage he made. It has held in a soccer ball frame also

It was pictures of me and him together doing everything

The top had a small quote that said I love you to the moon and back Ally

I chuckled and hugged him "Mark its so nice. I love it"

He hugged me back "Happy birthday. My cutie patootie"

I smiled "I have a gift for you too. I worked hard on it. Follow me to the auditorium"

The soccer team and Mark followed me to the school auditorium

"Take a seat" I smiled nervously as I got up on the stage

Everyone else sat down and Celia began recording me

I grabbed the microphone

I was a nervous wreck

I didn't wanna mess up my singing. I had to remember what Dej said

I looked over at Dej and saw her hooking everything up. She looked at me and smiled and mouthed what she said

"Nobody is there. Find the beat and kill it"

I saw Mark, smiling at me

The whole room was silent

Dej counted down in French

"Trois...Deux...Un"

"I've been looking for the other half of my heart since I could remember..." I sang

"Then the...second I met you...I knew you were like no other...your one of a kind"

I watched Mark completely focus on me

"Every time I thought it was all about you, see you in my dreams see you in my heart I love for you got deeper everyday...and soon enough I couldn't feel any other emotion but love"

"Mark...your the one I love...your the one I adore...I love everything about you...from your contiguous smile to you adorable personality"

I walked around the stage

"Your my other half...yes you are...your my true other half...your my one true love...my one other half"

His face lit up as I got off the stage and paced in front of everyone

"You really got me bad, boy yes you did... From the moment our hands touched in the hall I knew...your the one"

"And nobody else"

Surprisingly I was singing pretty good. I felt comfortable

"The day we kissed was the best day of my whole life...just wishing I could relive that moment every day"

"Cause Mark...your the one I love...your the one I adore...from your beautiful round eyes to your amazing potential"

I looked straight into his eyes

"Cause your my other half...yes you are my real other half....your my one true love and my other half"

"And I know we're gonna last forever...cause our love for each other never ends..."

I walked torwards Mark and caressed his cheek. I saw how his face was so lit up with happiness. I smiled and looked at him

"And in the future...I'm gonna still be proud to call you...mine"

I pecked his lips again before going back on the stage

"Mark...your the one I love...your the one I adore...from the way you hold me to the way you say I love you"

I hit a long note when I said I love you. I was confident in myself

"I know your my other half...yes you are...your my true other half...your my true love and other half"

The beat got more calmer

"What's a Romeo without a Juliet... An up without her down...what's peanut butter without the jelly and what's an Ally without a Mark..."

"Cause your my other half" I finished

Everyone began clapping and cheering

Then I noticed Mark was gone

I looked around to see him run on stage and hug me tightly

I hugged him back just as tight

We hugged for a while before he broke the hug and kissed me

I kissed him back happily

The team cheered for is

When we broke the kiss, he smiled

"Ally that was the best gift ever!" He smiled

I smiled back and kissed his cheek "I just wanted you to know how much you mean to me"

Mark hugged me again

I looked at Dej, who smiled and winked at me with a thumbs up

"Thank you" I said

She nodded "Happy birthday love birds"
