I talk to myself a lot. This includes messaging myself back and forth if I have more than two accounts. I mainly do that as a way of venting. So it's like I'm my own 'therapist.' I do it a lot when I need someone but I don't want to annoy anyway. I use it to vent about my feelings and to convince myself that everything will get better soon enough. Such a nice way to feed myself lies :)
