I want a story with the villain as the main character :/

Like, I wanna see a completely normal person turn into a villain, I wanna see the development into becoming evil XD

Because no one's evil for the sake of being evil, no one was born evil, obviously something must've happened that turned someone to the way they became, and I wanna see that development in a book or movie or something XD

I would read the hell out of a heartbreaking book with the main character being just a normal person, but so many bad things happen in their life and they lose so many people they care about to the point where they can't take it anymore, and become evil XD

It'd be even more heartbreaking if the person was actually a hero/really nice person that didn't deserve any of it, but ends up losing everything and everyone they love and it pushes them over the edge

A human can only handle so much anyway :/ Like, the world pushed them to no end and they finally decided "fuck it" and pushed back
