    I  waited until the losers left.

   I might have been born an Agreste, but sometimes I felt more like a Bougerious.

  My parents were Marinette and Adrien Agreste.  My Aunt and Uncle were Alya and Nino Lahiffe. 

   I know they were friends of the family, so they felt like relations.

    I might have been the sole adopted child, but that did not matter to me.

    It was not like my brothers and sisters cared about me. No, my siblings were too busy with their own things. 

     I was immature for my age.

     I felt like it had its perks.

     I ran outside past the vacant lot once more. It was the place I never entered as a child or teenager.  It was forbidden to do so. It was private property.

     Today, I no longer paid attention to rules.  "Ha, I laugh in the face of danger."

      I  circled back around towards the empty side of town.  "Yes, at last, I will find out what is behind the fence."

      "Yes, so the gate read, 'Danger: Keep out!'  I was not about to let that stop me, not anymore."

       "I climbed the fence and felt myself fall as I lost my grip on it.  I landed on my bottom."

        I looked up.  I saw something or someone as they glared at me.

       I  shrugged my shoulders in disgust.
