Hi!

It's been a while.

So, I've been doing a lot of reflecting in regards to my writing, and how this impacts the future chapters in this book.

Something I wanted to work on, was writing less chapters. I wanted to be able to tell a story in maximum 30 chapters. We've already exceeded that amount though.

I've looked at my plan, and hoped to take away some storylines, which I did, but what ended up happening was that I added quite a few more, because I felt like it needed it in order to help you feel more connected to certain characters.

There is a lot to get through, with 30 + chapters of content still to come.

But, I really, truly hope that, at the end of this long journey, you look back with fondness at this book. I hope that you enjoy the ride, because these characters have come to mean so much to me. Writing their stories has allowed me to look back fondly at my own memories, and also get me through what has been a really uncertain and emotionally taxing few months.

So, as much as this author's note is clarifying how many chapters remain, it is also a thank you from me to you.

Thank you for being a part of something that is bringing me a lot of joy.
