Kiera came and found me sitting with my knees to my chest, hiding in a dark dusty corner in the school library. She sat down next to me.

"Why does Rosie hate me?" I sniffled trying to stop myself from crying

"She doesn't really... Try to hate you." Kiera was trying to put the words together, "Its just that you kinda stole the guy she liked, from her." Kiera placed a hand on my shoulder, "She loved him too. We all did."

"I know."

"Don't think that just because we don't show that we miss him or we don't show that we're upset, that we didn't love him every bit as much as you did." Rosie took her hand off my shoulder, "People handle death in different ways. Some get upset and can't help but think about it all the time. And others just try to get on with their day."

"Kiera. You didn't kill him."

"And you didn't either."

"I did kill him!" I yelled slamming my fist into a bookshelf

"Woah. Gwen chill. Don't go all Vulcan Death-Grip on me." Kiera took the hand that I slammed into the shelf and placed it on my knee, "Rosie is just jealous that you two had such a special bond. If you weren't dating John and if he wasn't dating Lela then maybe you two would have gone out." Keira stood and fixed her pants so they stopped falling, "Rosie was always jealous that you two had that connection. She wanted him to like her. But he liked you."

"Once he and Lela broke up, he started dating another girl. I don't know who she is but she goes to Central North. She hates my guts."

"Maybe we should visit her."

"Are you nuts!??!?"

"Maybe I am. Maybe I am not." Kiera stood, acting like she was highly offended. Which she actually was, making me feel even worse.

"I'm sorry Kiera. You're trying to help and I'm just being a really bad friend. A real jerk." I threw my hands up into the air in frustration

"Hey. It's alr-" Kiera began but saw Rosie enter the library, "Not alright! You can't come! I'm done with your bullshit!"

Rosie smiled, hearing that Kiera was yelling at me.

"Pssst.... Hello??? You're support to say something!" Kiera whispered

"Oh. Oh! Well I don't care about you stupid sleepover anyway! I wasn't even gonna go! I hate how you act around Rosie and I hate how you replaced me with her! Sometimes I wish you were dead instead of him!" My words echoed through the library, which was now empty. I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my chest.

Kiera's eyes filled with tears, "I hate you." She whispered and ran out the door.

Rosie looked at me shocked, "Wow Gwennie. You made one of your friends commit suicide and the other you told her you wished she was dead. Then again did you kill him?" Rosie laughed and turned on her heel, "I'm sure Principal Terrance would love to help ship you away to a mental ward. You sick little bastard's daughter."

"Don't talk about my father that way!" I stood in a defensive karate pose

"Oh. And if I don't?" Rosie smiled evilly, "What are you gonna do? Hmmm... Gwennie the killer."

I ran at her and tackled her to the ground. My fists flew. She tried to pull my hair. I punched her so hard, she was a bloody mess and was knocked out.

Whoops.
