Sun rays were peeping through the curtains of the window and falling on a innocent soul, sleeping with some stress lines and sweat beads on her forehead.
She was looking very restless.

ANIKA'S BEDROOM

At the same time, an old lady entered in her room and notices her state and feels pity for her😢.

She tries to wake her up.
(OL- old lady, G- girl)

OL- Wake up, beta. See its morning.

G- Let me sleep na, DM please.

OL- Wake up, Anika. Its already 8:30 a. m. Come on now. Get up.

Listening the time, she wakes up with a jerk. We can see the girl is none other than our Anika and the old lady is her DM(daima).

A- Good Morning, DM.

Anika hugs her with a smile.

DM- Good morning beta. Now go and freshen up. Tej sir is calling you downstairs.

Hearing this, all colours fade from Anika's face. DM notices it.

DM- Don't worry puttar. Nothing will happen.

Anika fake smiles and rushes to washroom to freshen up.

She gets ready and heads downstairs.

A- Good morning dad and swetlana mom.

Swetlana looks at her and smirks.

S(sarcastically) - see, who has graced us with her presence. Good morning, princess Anika.

T(angrily)- Anika, is this the time you get ready. I had called you before an hour.

A- Sorry Dad.

S- What do you mean by sorry, Anika? You know that we can't wait for you whole day, leaving all our works..

Anika's eyes get teary. She whispers softly-

A- I am sorry. This won't happen again.

T-That's better. So, I have called you here to tell you that tomorrow evening is your wedding with Daksh.

Anika looks shockingly at Tej.

T-I can't delay this wedding anymore and bear business losses.

A-B... but... D.. ad... Dad

T(angrily) -Shut up, Anika. Don't argue with me and don't you dare to create any problems in this wedding or you will face the worst side of mine.

Swetlana smirks on seeing the condition of Anika.

Anika holds back her tears and stand quitely.

S- Come on Tej. Lets move. We have so much work left and we have to do the arrangements of the wedding also. (To Anika) Anika baby, don't stress yourself, we will manage everything.

And she starts going but halts in her place and turns to Anika.

S-And yes Anika, Daksh will come to pick you up in the evening. You have to go shopping with him. And haan, please for God sake, don't wear these old-fashioned clothes of yours, wear something good.

Anika starts sweating after hearing Daksh's name.
She runs towards her room, shuts the door and burst into tears.
She moves towards her mom's (Jhanvi's) photo and cries her heart out.

A-Why? Why it always happens with me? Why, maa? Why you left me alone in this cruel world? Maa, I am very lonely? Why Dad doesn't love me? What's my fault.. Am I that bad.. I don't want to marry that Daksh. He is very bad, maa. I thought that after saying yes for this marriage, Dad will start loving me and will show his soft side but I was wrong maa, he doesn't even considers me as his daughter. I thought that Daksh would be a nice guy and would understand me but he is such a disgusting man, maa. Please help me, maa. I am not able to handle this pain anymore.

She cries her heart out. Daima sees all this from the window of her room and cries on seeing her child in so much pain and on her helplessness and silently prays to God to relieve her from her pain.
