It was the time of the night, the Mehta house was decorated beautifully with fairy lights and flowers from the outside, and from the inside, it was decorated with curtains, flowers, and lights. Neil was sitting with the priest in the pavilion and the Khanna family was standing behind him.

Neil turned his face and he smiled to see his mother. The priest called Neil and Neil did as the priest told him.

Avni looked at her.

Hetal: woh kehte hain ke maa jab apni beti ko chunri pehnati hai to woh apni beti ko dhair sari duaon ke sath usay woh chunri pehnati hai us ki balaen leti hai.

Avni looked up and saw Hetal in the mirror and Hetal looked down at her hand.

Hetal: Riya to hai nahi.

Hetal saw Avni through the mirror and her eyes were teary. Avni felt bad for her.

Hetal: agar tumhe chunri pehnaun gi to mujhe lage ga ke maine meri Riya ko… mujhe to yeh mauka kabhi milega nahi to…

Hetal looked at Avni who nodded. Hetal smiled and she got happy.

Hetal: chunari?

Avni pointed at the bed.

Avni: woh wahan…

Hetal saw there and she nodded and she went there. Hetal came to Avni and Avni was looking at her emotionally with teary eyes. Hetal kept the chunari on Avni’s head. They felt overwhelmed.

Hetal set Avni’s chunari and she wiped her tears. Hetal saw Avni in the mirror and she applied kajal behind Avni’s ear.

Hetal: Kisi ki nazar naa lage.

Avni smiled slightly with teary eyes.

Avni: Thank you.

Hetal smiled with teary eyes.

Avni: aaj subha se yahi soch rahi thi ke mamma hoti to yeh karti mamma hoti to who karti. Meri nazar utarti mera matha chumti. Hum emotional hote, main crazy behave karti, kya, kya nahi karti woh. Un ki kami to koi puri nahi kar sakta lekin aap ne aa kar mera din bana diya. Thank you.

Hetal got emotional. Avni got up and moved to Hetal.

Avni: aap aur main hum dono ek hi kashti main sawar hain aap ne apna pati aur apni beti khoi hai aur maine mere mamma, papa. Hum dono ka hi dil zakhmu se bhara hai. humara dard ek saa hi hai… aaj aap ne yahan aa kar mere dil per se bohat bara bojh hata diya hai. Thank you yahan aane ke liye. Hetal smiled, she cupped Avni’s face and kissed her forehead. Avni felt like her mother kissed her forehead because if she was alive then she would have done this. Avni looked at Hetal.

Avni: kya main aap ko hug kar sakti hun.

Hetal was surprised. Hetal smiled and her eyes were teary. Hetal nodded and Avni hugged her. Hetal captured her in her arms and caressed Avni’s head. Avni closed her eyes and she cried. Hetal kissed Avni’s hair and showered a mother love. The door opened and they broke the hug. They saw Dayawanti Mehta and they wiped their tears. Dayawanti Mehta came to them and she caressed Avni’s head and face. Dayawanti Mehta hugged Avni and she signed Hetal come. Hetal got emotional and she joined them.  Avni saw that and she smiled while crying. Avni saw her parent’s picture and she got emotional.

On the other side, Neil was sitting with the priest and he was waiting for his bride. People started talking about the bride by looking upstairs and Neil looked there. Dayawanti Mehta was bringing Avni downstairs with the Hetal and Avni’s face was covered with the veil. Neil smiled to see Avni and the Khanna family also smiled.

Avni was brought to the pavilion by Dayawanti Mehta and Hetal and Neil was looking at them. Neil looked down and Dayawanti Mehta and Hetal made Avni sit beside Neil. Neil looked at Avni who also looked at him. Avni’s face was covered with the veil but Neil can see her face. Avni blushed to see Neil and then she again looked at Neil who winked and Avni widened her eyes. Neil chuckled and he turned his face.

Shweta: Tillu.

Neil looked at Shweta who showed her hand to him that she will slap him. Neil chuckled. Priest talked and Avneil looked at him. Avneil did as the priest said and they got up and they exchanged the garlands. After that, the priest asked for Avni’s parents for the ritual. Avni looked at the priest with teary eyes. Neil kept his hand on Avni’s shoulder who looked at him and Neil shook his head. Avni wiped her tears. Dayawanti Mehta came and she gave Avni’s hand to Neil’s hand and then she tied Avni’s chunari to the muffler of Neil. Dayawanti Mehta gave them a blessing. Avneil got up and Neil held Avni’s hand. Avni looked at their hands and Neil followed her gaze and then they looked at each other. They took the seven rounds and then they sat. Neil filled the sindoor in Avni’s hairline who closed her eyes and a tear fell from her eyes and then Neil tied the mangalsutra around Avni’s neck and a tear fell on Neil’s hand and Neil looked at Avni. Neil held Avni’s hand and squeezed her hand. Avni looked at Neil who shook his head. Avni nodded and she wiped her tears. Avni looked at Neil and they smiled to see each other. Avneil got up and they took the blessings from the elders.

Later, Avneil was sitting on the couch and Neil took off Avni’s veil who was looking down. Neil’s heart skipped a beat and he was lost to see Avni. Neil smiled to see Avni.

Neil whispered: looking beautiful, my beauty queen.

Avni blushed and Neil smiled. Neil wanted to kiss those blushing cheeks but he has to control after that the photo session started and Avneil got tired of that.

The time of the farewell came. Avneil came out of the Mehta house with the family. Avni turned to her grandmother and they hugged. Avni cried and Neil looked down. They broke the hug and Dayawanti Mehta cupped Avni’s face and she kissed Avni’s forehead.

DM: Jaa, beta, tera parivaar tera intazar kar raha hai apne ghar jaa aur ek nayi zindagi ki shurwat kar.

Avni looked at her home and she got emotional.

Dayawanti Mehta folded her hands in front of the Mehta family and they got stunned. Neil came to her and he held her hands. Neil shook his hands and he kept Dayawanti Mehta’s hand on his head. Neil opened the door of the car for Avni who was about to get in the car but she turned her face and she saw her home. Avni was feeling her heart heavy and she didn't want to go leaving her home. After all, she has spent her whole life there. Neil also looked there and then he looked at Avni. Neil asked Avni to sit. Avni got in the car and Neil helped her to handle her lehenga. Neil turned to Dadi and took her blessings and then he went to the other side of the car and he got in the car in the driving seat. Avni and Neil were alone in the car. Neil looked at Avni who was crying looking down. Neil thought and he took the tissue and wiped Avni’s tears. Avni looked at Neil who kissed her forehead and shook his head. Neil: acha koi baat nahi bus fifteen minutes aur lagenge phir hum ghar pohanch jaenge. Phir tum dinner kar lena.

Avni: itna wait nahi kar sakti. Aur wahan to abhi rasme hongi to main kaise kuch khaungi.

Avni looked down. Neil looked around.

Neil saw the stall of Panipuri and he understood why Avni stopped the car and why suddenly, she feels hungry. Neil looked at Avni and sighed. Neil shook his head and thinks.

Neil: Avni, yahan to koi restaurant bhi nahi hai, ghar chal kar dekhte hain.

Avni looked at Neil cutely.

Neil: ab yahan kahan se kuch khane ko laun main.

Avni pointed at the stall while looking at Neil.

Avni looked at Neil and she got excited.

Neil nodded. Avni hugged Neil and kissed Neil’s cheek in excitement. Neil was surprised and Avni broke the hug. Neil kept his hand on his cheek and Avni realized what she did. Avni blushed and Neil smiled.

Avni: woh excitement main…

Neil smiled and leaned to Avni who looked at him.

Neil: agar excitement main to yeh karogi to main koshish karungi ke tum hamesha excited raho.

Avni blushed and Neil kissed Avni’s cheek who smiled by looking down.

Neil: come.

Neil opened the door of the car. Avneil got down of the car and they came to the stall. People were looking at them and they smiled and started gossiping.

Neil: ek plate lagana, Bhai.

The man nodded. Avneil felt that people are looking at them and Neil looked at Avni who was feeling awkward. Neil smiled to see her.

Neil: kya howa?

Avni shook her head. They smiled. The man gave the plate to Neil and he passed it to Avni who had the one and she closed her eyes.

Avni: ummm…

Neil smiled to see Avni and he got happy that Avni’s mind diverted from her parents. Avni was about to have the second and Neil tapped her shoulder. Avni looked at Neil who opened his mouth and pointed at his mouth. Avni signed that you want it and Neil nodded.
Avni passed that one to Neil but she ate it. Neil was surprised and Avni smiled while eating. Neil made a face and smiled. Avni signed wait and she fed him and then Neil fed Avni.

Avneil clicked pictures together and they ignored the people. In one picture, Avni was feeding Neil then Neil was feeding Avni. They were eating and they signed with their hands awesome while winking and Neil clicked their picture. They clicked many pictures and they enjoyed themselves there. Neil paid the amount. Avni smiled.

Avneil got in the car and they were smiling.

Avni: itne dino bad Panipuri kha kar maza agaya.

Neil smiled.

Neil: sach main bohat enjoy kiya.

Avni smiled.

Avni: tum to mana kar rahe the hum agar nahi chalte to kitna kuch miss kar dete.

Neil: haannn… especially Panipur.

Avni looked at Neil and narrowed her eyes. Neil looked at Avni and they chuckled.

Soon, they reached home and Neil got down from the car. Neil went to Avni’s side and helped Avni to get down. Avni saw the Khanna mansion. Neil looked there and then he looked at Avni.

Neil: welcome home.

Avni looked at Neil and she smiled.

Avneil was standing at the door and the Khanna family welcomed them. Avneil entered the home together. They looked at each other and smiled. Avni did as Shweta told her and they came inside the home. Avni saw the Khanna mansion, Neil followed Avni’s gaze and he saw the mansion and then Avneil looked at each other. Avneil smiled.

The moon was shining over the Khanna mansion and it peeped into Avneil’s room which was decorated with candles and roses. The balloons were also kept there on the bed and floor. Avni was sitting in the center of the bed and her face was covered with the veil. Avni was waiting for her groom. She was excited and nervous thinking about her first night or I say their special night. Avni saw the ring on her finger and she started playing with it.

Soon, the door opened and Avni heard that. Avni started feeling butterflies in her stomach. Neil entered the room and locked the door. Neil turned and he saw the room. Neil was coming forward. Avni was blushing and Neil was smiling. Neil held Avni’s hand and kissed it by looking at Avni. Avni shivered. Neil smiled.

Neil remembered something and he looked at the side table. Neil saw the box of jewelry and he picked it up. Neil opened the box and turned it to Avni. Avni saw the necklace set. Avni smiled.

Neil: this is for you.

Neil passed the box to Avni who took it and smiled to see it.

Neil: how is it?

Avni looked at Neil and then she saw the necklace.

Avni: it is beautiful.

Neil smiled and he leaned to Avni who looked at him.

Neil: It will look more beautiful when you will wear it.

Avni blushed and Neil kissed Avni’s cheek. Avni’s breath stopped and then her heart start beating fast. Neil looked at Avni lovingly and with desireful eyes. Neil looked at Avni’s lips and he got attracted to them. Avni looked at Neil who was looking at her lips. Avni followed Neil’s gaze and she got conscious. Neil looked at Avni who saw desire and love in Neil’s eyes. They got lost in each other’s eyes but their moment was spoiled by tha phone call. Neil looked at Avni who was looking at Neil’s phone. Neil picked up the phone from the bed and looked at Avni.

Neil: Avni, ek friend ka call hai. Main bus do minute main aya.

Avni: Neil, I am telling you, agar dubara yeh phone baja na then I swear, I will kill you.

Neil smiled.

Neil: nahi baje ga.

Neil got up and went out while looking at the phone. Avni was looking at Neil and she sighed. Avni thinks and she looked at the room and then she looked at the window. Avni smiled and she got up. Avni came to the window and she saw the moon. Avni smiled to see it.

Neil came and Avni felt that but she didn’t turn to Neil. Neil looked up and he saw Avni. Neil smiled and he went to keep the phone on the side table and then he came to Avni. Neil hugged Avni from behind who smiled.

Neil: yahan kya kar rahi ho?

Avni: chand ko dekh rahi hun.

Neil looked at the moon.

Avni: Kitna khubsurat lag raha hai na.

Neil: hmm, lekin mere chand se zyada khubsurat nahi hai.

Avni felt shy and Neil kissed her cheek. Avni squeezed her eyes. Neil smiled and he broke the hug. Neil held Avni’s shoulders and he turned Avni to him. They looked at each other. Neil turned and closed the window. Avni frowned.

Avni: window kyun close kar rahe ho?

Neil looked at Avni and then he turned to her. Neil cupped Avni’s face.

Neil: kyun ke aaj is chand ko dekhne ka haq sirf mujhe hai aur kisi ko nahi. Is chand ko bhi nahi.

Avni understood what Neil means and she blushed hard. Neil looked at Avni lovingly.

Neil: Avni, tum humari suhaagraat ke liye ready hon na.

Avni was looking down.

Neil: if you want then we can do it some other day.

Avni looked at Neil instantly who was looking at him.

Neil looked that Avni’s eyes were closed and Neil nuzzled Avni’s neck who squeezed her eyes and held her lehenga. Neil turned Avni to the mirror and he saw her from behind and then he saw Avni in the mirror. Neil touched Avni’s waist and moved his hands and Avni squeezed her eyes. Avni shivered. Neil held the kamarband and he opened it. Avni was panting. Neil kept the kamarband on the table with other jewelry. Neil took Avni’s hair at the side and held Avni’s arms. Neil kissed Avni’s back and then he moved to Avni’s neck. Neil nuzzled Avni’s neck and Avni was breaking. Neil turned Avni to him and he saw her close her. Avni opened her eyes when Neil didn’t do anything and she found him looking at her lips. Neil looked at Avni and then he looked at the lips. Neil held Avni’s hand and took Avni to the bed and he slowly made Avni sit and then he make Avni lay by looking into her eyes. Neil hovered over Avni. Avni’s eyes were teary.

Neil: I love you, Avni. Tum se barh kar koi aur khuwaish nahi hai meri. Jab tak yeh sansain hain, jab tak yeh jaan hai I will always love you.

Avni: I love you too, Neil. Khud se bhi zyada pyaar hai tum se, Neil aur hamesha tum se hi karti rahun gi, apni akhri sans tak. I love you.

Neil got overwhelmed and he moved to Avni who closed her eyes. A tear fell from Avni’s eyes.

Later, the room was lit with candles some were blown off. Avni and Neil were lost in their world and they were covered with the duvet. Neil was above Avni and he was shirtless. Avni's dress was lowered from her shoulder. Neil was nuzzling Avni’s neck.

Suddenly, the phone rang and Avneil looked at the phone. Avni looked at Neil angrily. Neil looked at Avni who was glaring at him. Neil gulped. Neil took his phone and they saw DD’s name and number. The fear engulfed Avni because she thought that Neil will again go by leaving her. Avni looked at Neil who was looking at the phone. Neil looked at Avni and he felt bad to see her. Neil received the call and it was on speaker.

Neil: Han bol, DD.

Person: Hello.

Neil frowned.

Neil: Hello, kon? Vidyut?

Vidyut: hmm.

Avneil got worried.

Neil: Vidyut, kya howa?

Vidyut: woh, Neil. Neil, woh pochna yeh tha ke.

Suddenly Vidyut laughed.

Vidyut said while laughing: aaj date kya hai?

AvNeil frowned.

On the other side, Vidyut and Ali were sitting on the couch on the garden and they were laughing hard. Avneil understood that they called to tease Neil. Neil made an angry face and Avni was trying to control her smile but she couldn’t able to control so she kept her hand on her mouth. Avni was laughing.

Neil: salon, milo tum dono mujhe.

They were laughing. Avni tried to control and she suppressed her lips. Avni laughed and she again kept her hand on her mouth.

Neil: beta, kuch din mere samne mat aana tum dono. Bloo…

Neil controlled because of Avni.                                                             
Neil: khabardar jo ab call ki.

They were laughing and Neil cut the call.  Vidyut and Ali were laughing.

Ali: Maza to tab ayega jab DD ko pata chalega ke hum ne us ke phone se Neil ko call ki thi.

They were laughing and they did HiFi.

Vidyut: asli maza to tab ayega jab DD, Neil ke hath lagega.

They laughed.

On the other side, Neil was angry and Avni was smiling.

Neil: idiot, duffer, ghadhe.

Avni laughed hard. Neil looked at Avni.

Neil: Avni. Anvi, stop laughing.

Avni was laughing hard.

Neil: Avni. Avni, I am telling you, stop. Avni.

Avni didn’t stop. Neil grinned his teeth and Neil held Avni’s wrists and pinned them on the bed. Avni looked at Neil.

Neil: hunso, ab hunso. Hunso na.

Avni was panting.

Neil: kya howa, ab hunso.

Avni was fuming.

Neil: Neil Khanna se hushyari. Is waqt tum meri grift main ho aur mujh per hi huns rahi ho.

Avni smiled.

Neil: ab saza to milegi.

Avni was smiling and she pecked Neil’s lips.

Avni: I will love to be punished by you tonight.

Neil raised his eyebrows.

Neil: aa han?

Avni nodded.

Avni: hmm, hmm.

Neil raised his eyebrows.

Neil: then get ready to be punished.

Avni was standing on the balcony in Neil's white shirt near the rail and Neil came there and he was holding a duvet in his arm. Neil was shirtless. Neil wore the duvet and he came to Avni. Neil hugged Avni from behind who smiled. Neil sighed. Avni kissed Neil’s cheek.

Avni: I love you.

They smiled and Neil did the same.

Neil: I love you too.

They smiled. They looked at the view and dreamt about their future. They kept their step in a new life where they knew that problems will come but they will face everything with the support of each other.
