She waited for the elevator as it opened as she ran to it but saw someone walk up of it, it was the terminator (looks like this)

Then one of the other doctors got hit from the terminator as it grabbed one other doctors as he though the doctor away (looks like this)

Then a female doctor hit the terminator in its face as it didn't hurt the terminator as she broke his sunglasses (both pictures)

The terminator pushed the doctor away from him as John ran to his mother, (looks like this)
