Sera is the High Seraphim of Heaven and supporter of the Extermination. But when she saw the Terminator, she was outraged by how much he can get to a counterattack on the Exocists by renaming Extermination Day to Judgement Day.

Unknown to Adam, Lute and Sera, Emily: the youngest Seraphim heard everything and decided to make contact with Skynet which she supports Judgement Day.

She told Skynet that the exorcists are able to start Extermination Day in a few weeks. Which is why the Artificial Intelligence told her that the Machines are heading to Hell a couple weeks ahead of schedule.
