Feather's Point of View

"You know how to fix a Magic Mirror?" I asked as Brandon thumbed through a book before slamming it shut.

"No... I honestly don't... But one of these books can tell us how!" Brandon explained, Opening another book.

"Why can't we wait until Ki wakes up?" I said in a whiny tone

I don't know anything about magic.... is Brandon really expecting me to learn on my own??

"Because you need to prove that you're capable to handle stuff on your own!" Brandon growled in frustration as he slammed another book shut, making my flinch.

He then rested his head in his hands.

"Look... You're Terraria's hero!! You can't just depend on others for everything! You need to prove that you're strong..."

"But I am---"

"Feather......" Brandon started in a warning tone.

"Brandon..." I whispered softly, sitting down in front of him.

"Just... help me look!" He snapped suddenly, pushing a book towards me.

Understanding Terrarian Dimensions through Perfides

Page one

Terraria is a mass stretch of thousands upon thousands of different dimensions, each with it's own hero and rich history.
It is possible to be able to traverse each dimension, with those who posses great mana and magic power. However, With the discovery of Crystal Shards, Magic Mirror's were created to ease the burden of great Mana.
A Magic Mirror is a Terrarian Rouges best friend. These Rouges are called Prefides. With many of them leaping from dimension to dimension, making a life for themselves.
However, Their life isn't as easy as it sounds.

To get a feel on how flawed theirlifestyle is, we must first analyze how time works for each dimension. Each dimension is somehow connected with magic ties. Magic Mirrors use these ties to get from place to place.
  Seems easy enough right?
To hop from place to place?

Well... it's not all that simple. Each dimension has distance from each other, and the greater the distance from dimensions, the great time difference,
For example, One day in one dimension may equate to two weeks in another. Perfides take a great risk by traveling to dimensions far from their own. They could be in one dimension for a day, and then when they return to another dimension, a few years could of past...

It's a sad feeling...

"Ah! I found it!"

I look up from the book I'm reading.

Brandon grabbed the book out of my hand and replaced it with another one.

This one had worn out pages and diagrams with faded colors. In the middle of the page, was a Magic Mirror, with in-depth details on all of the components.

"Great!!" I exclaim, examining the page.

"Alright..." Brandon grabbed the book back.

"It says here that the hero who wants to repair the mirror has to posses moderate Mana power.." His eyes drifted back over to me.

"How much Mana do you have?"

I shrugged in response.

Brandon rolled his eyes.

"Well that wasn't helpful... Well... Since you haven't really brought back any magic weapons... I'm guessing you still have the standard amount..." He said, looking back down at the book.

"We could wait until night time.... or we could find items to boost your Mana and charge with a Mana Potion?" Brandon suggested.

"I'd rather take the latter.." I muttered.

The sooner Rawleigh leaves, The better.

He and Brandon aren't getting along well.... and I don't want Brandon to snap at him...

"Sounds good. And if anything goes wrong, You increased your strength from those Life Crystals."

"Yeah... about that---"

"Hold up, I'll be right back, I'm going to see if Rawleigh has any Crystal Shards"

"Would you just---"

I stopped mid-sentence when the door closed behind him.

Why wouldn't he let me talk to him...?

Why is he being like this?

Brandon's point of view

I began to feel giddy.

I was going to prove to Rawleigh that Feather was not weak!

As soon as I walked into the main room, Rawleigh instantly jumped up.

"I WASN'T MUGGIN YA FRIEND!" He shouted, Dropping a few coins out of his hands.

I raised an eyebrow. Many things were covering the floor. Among the items were many gold coins, a book, Crystal Shards, Pixie Dust, And Unicorn Horns.

Rawleigh laughed nervously.

"Pretty odd what items he carries with him... eh?" Rawleigh tried to shrug off the fact I saw him stealing stuff from Ki's unconscious body.

"Whatever. I need to borrow this stuff." I say, picking up the Pixie Dust, Unicorn Horns and Crystal Shards.

"Sure...Just make sure she fixes my mirror, will ya?"

I didn't respond,

Instead, I carried the items back to my room.
