It's Stephen versus the Universe, with a cast of aliens, animals and the trusty Time Harley as they embark on a random quest of epic proportions across time and space to get his willy wet.

Oh, did I mention that the fate of the Universe depends on it?

All it takes is one run-in with a lightbulb socket for Tim's entire life to be turned upside-down. Gone are the troubles of being a teenage dork who daydreams about his friend's sister and tries really hard to get anything higher than an F. Well, they still exist, but now he has the added issues of uncontrollable superpowers, hot girls and a rapidly growing list of people who want to kill him.

He wants to be a superhero. Normally that's a great idea, but in a city full of bad guys and a population who idolise them, it might not be so. But damn it, he is gonna be a hero, anyway! He might not have brains, but he does have powers, bad luck, idealistic morals, a dorky costume and a sense of humour. It will do the job. Somehow...

Unfortunately, said humans are questionably sentient and might not be the best ambassadors Earth could possibly have. When they are through nothing in the galaxy will be quite the same.
