City Commissioner: "Hey, I have this crazy idea."

City Council: "What is it this time, Dave?"

City Commissioner: "Let's wait for everyone to move here, THEN we'll build the roads!"

City Council: "...Seriously Dave?"

City Commissioner: "Oh come on y'all, just trust me on this one."
