Having been an avid pokemon fan for several years, I've always thought that a MMO in pokemon universe would be fantastic.

Sadly, Nintendo has yet to take off their "online training wheels" so to speak, so a core MMO is not likely to be releasing anytime soon.

However!

There is a magnificent fan-made MMO available to play right now!

It's called "Pokèmon Planet" and it's pretty damn cool.

It was made using the RPG Maker XP engine and plays in your browser, so no DLs required.

And best of all it is absolutely FREE!
