recently i have not been feeling well mentally, until yesterday when i had a full on breakdown. earlier, i had almost tried to take my own life by drowning myself in the bathtub for a time consuming 40 minutes. i have been suffering with symptoms of anxiety and depression for a good 3 years now?? i cannot safely say that i have anxiety and depression, because i haven't been diagnosed with it. my parents won't allow me to get a therapist because of religion and stuff... though it may be different in their eyes as to what i'm going through, i have always been having these irrational thoughts which lead to mini panic attacks out of nowhere. i know others have it more worse than i do, but i just want everyone i know that i'm really not fine. if you ask me and i say 'i'm fine', i will most likely not be. all i ask is that you guys understand my situation, and that you can be aware of what is going on with me.
