Please accept our sincere gratitude for your help during our family crisis. Your daily inquiries let us know how much you cared. We looked forward to your calls. These events have brought us all closer together, and I am thankful to have friends like you.

Letter #2:

Thank you for escorting our guest speakers during the fall workshops. Your meeting each person in the parking lot with a large umbrella was a very thoughtful gesture that everyone appreciated. No one expected the weather to be so stormy, so you were a real life saver. Their gratitude was evident. Thanks for being so attentive to details.

Letter #3:

Once again you set the tone for the year by helping us run a successful conference. We appreciated your unfailing attention to detail. With all the last minute snags, we worried that something would fall through the cracks, but you anticipated every contingency. Several participants commented on how well you had organized the event.

We are fortunate to have you donate your time on occasions like this. On behalf of the Springfield Education Association, I express heartfelt thanks for all you do.

Thank you very much for the extra help you gave me so I could pass my statistics class. I know how busy you are, so I really appreciated the time you spent with me. This class was the only thing standing between me and my degree, and, as you know, I had a very hard time understanding and remembering the concepts. Thanks to you I will be graduating in June. You are the kind of professor that makes this university a great place to learn.
