Third POV

[I was behind a cabin and I had just asked the girl to the dance...Make that "girls". That's right. I asked all five to the dance. Ichika had just finished kissing me which upset the rest of the sisters]

Nino: Ichika, what do you think you're doing?

Ichika: Sorry but I had to make most of the situation. You all wanted to do it too. I was just the quickest.

Istuki: He asked all of us to the dance. What does that mean for us?

Nino: Simple. We all dance with him. When the song ends we all his hand and then he marries all of us!

Third: You say that so casually. I thought you would've been upset.

Nino: I figured that this was probably going to happen so us sisters had a talk.

Yotsuba: We won't make you choose! You can have all of us!

Third: What about your dad?

Ichika: We'll deal with that when we get to that point.

Nino: All we have to worry about now is the dance. That song better be magical, Third.

Third: We did our best.

[Silence]

Third: I can't believe that I'm going to the dance with five different girls.

Yotsuba: Well, it's really our fault that we put you in this situation.

Third: You couldn't have predicted this.

Nino: No matter. Third, after tonight you will have five girlfriends. You better keep all of us happy.

Ichika: I'm sure he will. He has so far.

Miku: I have full confidence in him.

Nino: Now excuse us, Third. We have to go get ready.

[The Nakano sisters walk away. All of my brothers and Futaro walked over to me]

Futaro: So you chose all of them.

Third: I couldn't decide.

First: It doesn't matter. We're proud of you, Third.

Third: Thanks. I guess we tell mom and dad later.

Fifth: Let's not worry about that. We have a dance to take care of.

[The day went on and then it was finally time for the big event. The final campfire dance. I was super nervous. The Nakano sisters told me that they would meet me there]

Miku: Third, over here!

[I look and see all of the sisters all dolled up. Their hair is all nice and their makeup is on point]

Yotsuba: So how do we do this?

Nino: He dances with all of us but we make sure we're all holding hands with him when the song ends.

[I smile. This was going to be a special memory. I could feel it. Little did I know that it was going to change dramatically]

3rd Person POV

[The dance begins and Third walks over to Miku first. He grabs her hand but then the two boys who bothered Nino before showed up again]

Boy #1: So you ladies need dance partners. We got some free guys right here.

Nino: Leave us alone! We already have a dance partner.

Boy #2: I thought this was going to happen.

[The boy pulls out a gun and points it straight at Nino. Third's body moves on his own as the gun is fired. Third is shot in the side and he falls hard. Screams fill the air and everyone panics]

Ichika/Nino/Third/Yotsuba/Itsuki: THIRD!

[All of the girls run to Third's side. The boy prepares to fire another shot but the gun is taken away and both boys knocked out. The sisters look to see who helped them and they see Second]

Nino: Second, what are you doing here?

Second: That doesn't matter. SOMEONE CALL A DAMN AMBULANCE! WE NEED HELP OVER HERE!

[Things die down and Third is lying in a room as they are waiting for an ambulance. Nino walks over to Second]

Nino: What are you doing here?

Second: I'm here to support my brother. I made many mistakes. I can't have him die before I pay him back.

[The ambulance arrives and the medical team checks on Third. After analysis, they approach the group]

Girl: He'll be fine. The bullet missed. It only scraped his skin and burned him. He's just knockout from the shock.

[The whole group sighs a sigh of relief]

Yotsuba: He's going to be okay.

Itsuki: But what about the dance?

First: It will still happen. Don't worry.

Nino: No dancing for us I guess.

First: You can stay with him while the song plays. You can hear it from here.

[Second had tears in his eyes]

Fourth: What's wrong with you?

Second: (Crying) I'll never be as great as him. I'm so proud of him.

[Second leaves the room and is followed by the brothers. The sisters stay with him]

Nino: That's out hero for us.

Ichika: Yes. Always protecting us.

Miku: Just makes me love him more.

Itsuki: I didn't think that was possible for you.

Yotsuba: Is it really possible to love someone that much?

[The song begins]

Ichika: What song did they choose?

[The song that played was Enchanted by Taylor Swift]

Miku: It's the same song that they played at the dance.

Ichika: How very appropriate.

[The song begins as each of the girls have memories of what Third has done for them]

Miku: We did it.

Nino: Looks like he'll be sticking with us forever.

Itsuki: I wouldn't have it any other way.

Yotsuba: This is going to be exciting!

Ichika: I just want to let you all know that I'll be the best wife.

[The girls just laughed. Now wasn't the time to start an argument. They all looked down at Third's sleeping face and smiled]

Ichika/Nino/Miku/Yotsuba/Itsuki: We love you, Third. We always will.
