EDIT: The non blue parts of the costume ARE STILL THE COSTUME. I see now that it looks like it's skin, but it's just white costume material. Not skin😂💀

Just another edit: I'm adding this in now, because I get a lot of questions on Ari's appearance (understandably so). The above picture is what I imagined Ari's COSTUME to look like. Below is what I imagine her appearance to look like, but imagine her how you want ❤️

Age: 18

Quirk: Immobilization.

Ari can immobilize any object/or person she wants for 45 seconds. During this time, the object or person, is completely frozen in place, appearing as almost paralyzed. If it is a person she is immobilizing, they can still hear and see everything that is going on around them. They just can't move.

She can immobilize up to three things at one time, and she can't do extremely large structures (like entire buildings). Her quirk works better when she can see the object she wants to immobilize.

While Ari's quirk is activated, she can still move around and think normally...but her movements will be a little bit slower, as a side effect of her immobilization.

She can't use her own quirk on herself. She's tried many times, but it just seems to be the way her quirk works.

The harder Ari has trained her quirk, the more she's built it up. For example, she didn't used to be able to hold the immobilization for 45 seconds, it was less time. She also didn't used to be able to activate it on up to three people, when she was younger.

If she exerts enough energy...she can perform telekinetic qualities, such as moving the objects she immobilizes. However, when she moves objects it completely exhausts her so she only does it in times of desperation.
