History: I'm pretty tight-lipped when it comes to my past. You can even ask Randy. He knows a little of my history. Mostly due to us being stepbrothers. We don't like to blab it all over. Mom died about a few years after she married Bob (Randy's dad) when I was 16. Randy was 24. As much as I don't like to admit it. Randy was there for me through the pain of losing mom. In fact, he got me into WWE. I used to be a stuntman. But I nearly died during a stunt. So while I was reevaluating my life and goals. I took him up on the offer to become a wrestler. I'm pretty sure he was surprised by my extreme, brutal nature.
I became an overnight sensation. But I was released when in mid-2022 just three months after Randy hurt his back, which put him on the shelf for over a year, when I stated my opinion on how creative was being booked and run for certain superstars and Vince was not happy with my sharp-tongued opinion about his handling of the creative side of the company. Especially when I publicly called him an old, senile, out-of-touch man who was only interested in doing everything his way, regardless of what the fans wanted.
During my exile, I took a break from in-ring competition and appeared on certain TV shows like Blue Bloods, NCIS, etc. But pretty soon I was aching to get back in the ring. And when I was called by Hunter with the possibility of coming back. I told him that I wanted to somewhat make this runs Rattlesnake a little less rude towards certain superstars. But most of all, sweet to everyone's favorite ring announcer. Which would have happened anyway, haha. Hunter arranged for me to be a surprise return at Summerslam after Logan Paul's match against Ricochet. And I was excited to get my hands on that overhyped, egotistical moron. In fact, the night of Summerslam, when he was gloating that he won, and was trying to get the ever-lovely Samantha Irwin to announce him as the winner, I speedily climbed up behind him and performed Jake Roberts DDT off the top rope before he knew what was happening. I slid out of the ring, pulled the steel steps from their place, pushed the top section into the ring, slid into the ring, picked up Logan, and performed one last Jake Roberts DDT on the steel steps. Knocking him out cold. I slid out of the ring and approached Samantha, gently took her hand, and kissed it.
She grinned and blushed as she happily announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming back, 'The Rattlesnake' Daniel Boyce!" She smiled as I bowed to the loudest pop of the night before returning to the back to be greeted by almost the entire locker room. Save a select few that weren't happy I was back. Cathy Kelly stopped me in the hall for an impromptu interview, she asked me why I attacked Logan my first night back. I explained that he needed to get taken down a few stories. And that he was the perfect message to everyone that I'm back. After she left me alone in the hall. Hunter walked up to me, hugged me, and patted my shoulder. We walked down the hall and we discussed my new run, I would be declaring a one-man war against Dominik and Rhea. Which would mean declaring war on all of Judgement Day. But I'm not like the other wrestlers they faced and bullied before. And they're going to find out firsthand.
