But what happens when another top Dog comes in. Let's say the Earth Defense Force starts Knocking and gie th people fo Remnant their Reasoruces to battle the Grimm and the Ravagers/Primers/Agressors. What will Arcadia do. It Acuorse to be that Arcadia Is holding their tech from the rest of the world Becuase Atlas Exists And Unlike those guys. Atlas at least Gives to the people.
