There's a section of the Archives that leads to the outside. Once you get there, you see a small stream running beside some old oak trees. A marble bench is placed underneath one of the trees with a few books stacked on top.

"I find that it's easier to make characters when they're in their right habitat," the voice said. "However, don't destroy my garden while you're here."
