The grinch and max took the car to an old hideout where his friends used to be.

But as he arrived at the hide, he was so eager to see his old friends, he knocked on the door and opening it was Mr. Wolf now all grown up.

And when wolf saw him, his face lit up like a Christmas tree with joy.

"Hey guys look who it is guys, it's the grinch, hey man how you been?" Wolf asked as they both hugged and pat backs.

"Wolf it's good to see you buddy how you been, I been good"

"Alright so have we...what brings you here?" He asked as he was nervous.

"Oh nothing much just thought I come and visit you guys"

But when he came inside to be greeted, what he saw next shocked him.

"Hey grinchy" shark smiled.

"Hey grinch" webs waved.

"Hey guys, oh hey phiranh"

"Hey grinch" piranha smiled.

"I-huh" but when he looked around, all he saw was their hideout was decorated...in festivities.

"What's this? Stockings hung with care" He does see stockings by the fire place.

"Christmas lights?!" He sees Christmas lights hang everywhere.

"Mistletoe?" Webs and piranha were about to kiss under the mistletoe when they stopped and turn to grinch.

But what really caught his eye was the Christmas tree, all shiny and bright.

"Is that a Christmas tree?"

"Well yeah" wolf says.

"Are you guys....celebrating Christmas?" He sees presents underneath the tree which answers his question.

"What for? You guys are celebrating the one holiday we hate, that one holiday we despise, come on guys I expect better from you guys come on, now let's go guys"

"Actually there is something we need to you" wolf says as everyone gathers around and they all quiet looked nervous.

"Wait? Where are we going?" He asked.

"You know we're gonna do our annual Christmas tradition: stealing from the who's"

Then everyone exchanges worried looks, "what?"

"Grinch there is some we need to talk about?" Wolf says.

But before he could answer, the same kitten he meet before came sliding on a sled and inside laughing.

"Oh great, it's you, wait what is that thing" he asked as shark picks her up.

"Wolf there is something you need to know" wolf gulps and he said out loud.

"We're retiring from being criminals"

"WHAT?"

"And we are good guys now"

"WHAT?!"

"And we decided to celebrate Christmas from now on"

"WHAT?!"

"And we adopted a child"

"WHAT?!"

Then wolf takes princess in his arms, "grinch I want you to meet our daughter princess"

"She giggles and waved, "hello"

But the grinch was immediately puzzled and confused, the bad guys going good, that can't be true

"What? You guys are going good now? But how? How did this happen?"

"Well it's because of princess" wolf turns to her as she wiggles to get down so he puts her down.

"Ok where did it come from?"

"First it is a she and her name is princess" wolf says "and second do you remember the golden dolphin?"

"Yeah?"

"Well, we were robbing this rich guys house, then I met princess and one thing lead to another, we gave up being good for her"

"I can't believe this, you adopted a child that's not even yours and what about snake what does he feel about this, I'm bet he's upset about this because even he gates kids and wouldn't stand for it"

"Alright what's going on?" Snake grumped.

But the minute snake slithered down, all grumping and angry drinking his coffee, grinch to see it proved his point, but-

"Now that's more like it-huh?"

"Hey baby how are you" he slithered on the couch and used his tail to put princess next to him.

"Oh you have got to be kidding me" grinch groans, "not you too snake!"

"What? Oh hey grinch, princess this is an old friend of ours" snake waved

"Yeah we meet" grinch says.

"See even snake swelter down for princess, out of all of us, he softened up for princess the most"

"I can't believe this" the grinch couldn't believe it, he felt betrayed that his life long friends and only family now celebrating that one terrible holiday.

"You're turning your backs on everything we belived, everything we worked for and for what, for a child that's not even yours" he points at princess who was playing with max rubbing his stomach and he loves her.

"Max get away from it" he ordered and max whined doing as he's told.

"Don't get mad at princess, it's not even her fault" wolf says.

"And what's worst is that you guys are celebrating that one holiday I hate the one I despise the most, how could you do this to me" the grinch was being overdramatic.

"Hey grinch don't get too upset, that child is the reason we became good guys, I used to think that we would be nothing more then unwanted criminals but after we meet princess...well she made us feel like we could be more then bad guys and it feels great" wolf says.

"you love princess too if you got to know her shark added.

Then he felt a tug on his leg, he looks down to see princess offering him a plate of Christmas cookies.

"Aw see, she likes you" webs says.

"Why don't you celebrate Christmas with us this year" wolf offered

But the grinch just snarled as he felt betrayed by the only friends he ever had and knew and loved.

"Bah, I can't believe you-you-you traitors, backstabers and double crossers, you're just gonna throw away years of crime and tradition out the window for what? Some good for nothing little brat that's not even yours"

Now wolf was getting offended, "hey! If you don't wanna celebrate Christmas with us that's fine by us but we are celebrating Christmas and princess is our daughter now, weather you like it or not"

And just like that the once legendary team was broken up.

"Fine, I don't need you guys, I'll do the heist traditions on my own, I hope you have a unmeery Christmas and a terrible new year, enjoy your holidays but just know this...OUR FRIENDSHIP IS OVER!" He slammed the door with max following, their wreath fell.

Wolf sulk as they lost a friend but his spirit and smiled lifted when princess gets in front of him.

Outside as the grinch was feeling his anger rise, he looks inside by the widow to see the bad guys playing with princess seeing them smile and happy.

"It's all that's child's fault, that kid has got to go and I just know how" he grinned.
