*a few hours before the show*

At the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, we see two people waiting at the front door of the stadium, waiting for something or someone to arrive. These two are Paul Levesque, aka, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon. The two are preparing for the show but are now waiting outside.

Paul: Ready to see him?

Stephanie: You know I'm always ready to see him, Hunter.

Paul: Then why are you nervous?

Stephanie: It's because we haven't seen him in person for a long while. Not after he went to college 3 years ago.

Paul: Sure, I know that. But at least he's been keeping us notified. And when we arrive at the state his university is in, he makes the effort to come to see us.

Stephanie: Yeah, but it was short and we had to leave for another state for the shows and he had to go back to the university.

Paul: I see you're point. But, he has since decided to drop out so he can work with us at the company. Plus, we really need someone like him for his creativity.

Stephanie: Yeah. I guess you're right, honey. But-wait I think I see his ride.

They looked as they see a car pulling up as it parks on the side. Soon, someone comes out and recognizes who he is. It was their soon-to-be 21-year-old son, Michael McMahon.

Michael pays the Uber as picks up his bag and walks off. He then sees his parents and immediately ran up to them.

Michael: Mom, Dad!

He drops his bag and hugged them as they hugged him back.

Paul: Hey, Mikey!

Stephanie: It's so good to see you again, baby!

Michael: It's great to see you two, as well!

They parted the hug as they look at each other.

Paul: Damn, have you been working out? I felt some air coming out of my lungs from that hug.

Michael: Yeah. I was working out at the university's gym and did some boxing training.

Stephanie: Boxing? Even though you'll be wrestling?

Michael: Yeah, but I mean some wrestlers here were amateur, boxers, bodybuilders, etc. So why not do some boxing to add to my skills.

Paul: Impressive. It's great to have you back, son.

Michael: It's great to be back, dad. So, what are we waiting for? I can't wait to see everyone there.

The parents' nodded as they and Michael went inside the building. They pass through the hallway as workers are seen getting things ready for the show. They then reach a couple of wrestlers there as they had a conversation. These are Dolph Ziggler, aka Nick Nemeth, Kevin Owens, aka Kevin Steen, Seth Rollins, aka Colby Lopez, and Bayley, aka Pamela Martinez.

Michael: Hey guys!

They all turn around as they immediately recognized the young man.

Nick: Michael?

Pamela: Mikey!

Pamela ran up to him and hugged him. Michael laughs as he hugs her back.

Michael: It's great seeing you, Pam!

They break the hug as Mike went up to the others and hugged and handshake them.

Colby: My God, bro. Look at you, all grown up.

Kevin: I'm honestly surprised that you've grown this big.

Michael: Yeah. You know, genes. And the fact I did some boxing and workouts while at the university.

Nick: Damn, bro. Sounds like you have been doing a lot while studying.

Paul: We'll be going off to plan for the show. You can go meet with the other superstars here.

Michael: Okay, dad. See you later when the show begins.

They nod as they walk away.

Pamela: Wait, are you planning on appearing on Raw, Michael?

Michael: Yep.

Colby: But, what about college?

Michael: Eh, I dropped out.

Kevin: Really? Well, at least you're fully here.

Michael: True. Man, it's great to see you guys again. I want to meet the others.

Colby: Sure, Mike. Come with us.

They walk away as they head to another area with the other superstars.

Nick: Hey, guys! Look who's here!

Everyone turned and they saw Michael. They immediately got up and went up to him.

Joe Anoa'i (Roman Reigns): *hugs him* Hey man. It's been a while since we've seen each other.

Ashley Sebera (Dana Brooke): *hugs* Damn, Michael. Look how big you've grown. You look amazing. You had to have been working out while in college.

Andrew Galloway (Drew McIntyre): It's great seeing

Mickie James: It's so great to see you again, Michael. I'm glad you grew into a fine young man.

Gionna Daddio (Liv Morgan): A very cute one at that.

Michael: *blushed a bit* Thanks, guys. It's great to see you all again.

Matthew Carbona (Zack Ryder): What brings you here, Mike? Don't you have college?

Michael: Yeah. But I dropped out. Mostly because my parents called and told me that I can join the business despite not graduating.

Alexa Kauffman: Well, at least you're staying. Things are more fun with you around, Michael.

Adam Scherr (Braun Strowman): Yeah. You always bring up the mood backstage when you're here.

Michael: Thanks, Adam. However, I was told something interesting.

Fergal Devitt (Finn Balor): And that is?

Michael: Mom's gonna step down as Commissioner and I'll be taking her place.

This surprised everyone.

Mercedes Varnado (Sasha Banks): What? Are you serious?

Michael: Yeah. Can you believe it? I'll be the new Commissioner of Raw.

Colby: That sounds awesome. But, are you willing to take the job, Mike?

Emanuel Rodriguez (Kalisto): He's right, amigo. This job has a lot of responsibility.

Michael: Yeah. I mean, come on guys? I'm a guy that's willing to do a hard job.

Bobby Lashley: True, but this is something else, man. And you're in your early 20's.

Michael: I know. But, it doesn't matter. If it means working with you guys and still getting a big salary, I'm okay with it.

Natalie Neidhart (Natalya): Well, okay, Michael. We know you're a hard worker, so we'll see what you can do.

Michael: Thanks, Nat. I promise. I'll do my best for you guys.

Kevin: Of course. I'm sure you can nail it.

They all continue with their conversation with Michael as he shared some stuff about him in college.

*RAW July 23th*

The show begins with Stephanie, her husband, Triple H, and her father Vince McMahon in the ring while everyone in the roster is on the stage. Vince introduces his family to everyone in Cincinnati for this historic announcement.

Stephanie: But before we get to that, I would like to announce something that will shock many of you tonight.

The superstars and fans stayed silent as Stephanie takes a deep breath.

Stephanie: As of tonight, I will be stepping down as Commissioner of RAW.

The crowd yelled out in shock and cheered as the superstars look at each other in shock, mostly the Heels.

Stephanie: I know. It's sad for all of you to see me go. However, this was a decision agreed upon by the board of directors and both me and my husband. So, I'm no longer in charge of Raw, but I will make appearances backstage to make sure things are running smoothly.

The crowd continued to cheer as they are pleased to not have Stephanie as commissioner.

Stephanie: The new Commissioner who I'll introduce soon has been chosen and agreed upon by the board and we felt it was the correct decision. Hunter, would you like to do the honors?

Triple H: Of course. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the new Commissioner of Monday Night RAW...our son, Michael McMahon!

The crowd gave a mixed reaction as Bad by Matty Carter and Ariel plays. Soon, the roster parted ways to allow Michael McMahon to be seen on live television. Michael is seen coming out as he wore a black suit with black pants and shoes.

The crowd, mostly the girls, cheered after seeing the Prince of WWE. Michael looks around with a smile as he makes his way. He shook hands with the superstars, mostly the heels, and gave a scoff to Kurt Angle as he walks down the ramp.

He enters the ring and goes up to his parents and hugs them, getting a big reaction. He goes up to Vince and gives him a side hug before patting him on the shoulder.

Michael's theme fades as he asks for a mic and gets up.

Michael: So you weren't expecting this, were you? I mean, come on, if the company can't find a suitable guy to take mom's spot, so of course, they'll choose a McMahon.

The crowd gave a light boo as Michael just smiles.

Michael: Anyway, as of tonight, I'll be the new Commissioner of RAW, and while I would take on some stuff that would inevitably cause me harm, I'm fine with it. It means I get to decide matches, booking, etc. So, I'm fine with that.

Vince: Are you sure you're capable of being Commissioner of Raw, Michael? I don't want you thinking this is a childish game.

Michael: Of course, gramps. I have what it takes to be one. You just have to trust me.

Vince: Somehow, I doubt it.

Michael: Yeah. Because you have a lot of trust issues. Remember Bret Hart?

The crowd oohs as Vince looks deadpanned as Michael has his eyebrow raised with a smirk on his face.

Michael: Anyway, as of right now, I'll be the new Commissioner of RAW, and I expect all of you *points at the superstars* and you *points at the crowd* to not underestimate me. You might think I'm some spoiled kid who's a McMahon and is protected by my parents, but if you wanna mess with me, I'm not afraid to whip your ass all over Cincinnati.

The crowd oohs as the superstars were impressed by his seriousness and lack of fear. It really reminds them of his Uncle, Shane, in terms of being willing to throw hands.

Michael: Anyway, onto the bigger announcement. Ladies, please step forward as this involves all of you here on Raw, Smackdown Live, and NXT.

The Women looked at each other before stepping forward.

Michael: Boys, please let the ladies go first. You would either be assholes if you decide to step up with them unless you're a woman biologically. *raised his brow* Are you?

The crowd oohs as the men, mostly heels, feel a bit embarrassed as the fans, some of the superstars, and women laughed. Even Vince, Steph, and Hunter almost had a chuckle.

Michael: Alright. So, ladies. You are this era's Women's Division. Remember the women that laid the foundation for all of you to step forward and show the world you can be the best at what you can do.

The crowd cheered as women felt praised and respected.

Michael: We witness you girls compete in the MITB, HIAC, Iron Woman's Match, Elimination Chamber, Royal Rumble, Steel Cage, and Extreme Rules Matches. These matches show that no matter what people say, what my grandfather and Kevin Dunn say...

The crowd oohs as Vince was stunned by that statement as Michael didn't look at him, but hid a small grin on his face.

Michael: You all deserve the recognition and respect just as much as the men behind you, if not more. You girls can be just as strong, just as quick, just as skilled, and just as smart as the guys. So, on October 28, there will be a Women's only PPV where you all compete against each other to show what you can do.  Additionally, the Three Women's Championships of each brand will be defended.

The crowd cheers as the women look at each other with smiles on their faces.

Michael: And that PPV will be called Evolution.

The crowd cheered as the women clapped and hug each other. The McMahon family clapped for them in respect as the show cuts away.

A/N: How's the chapter? Sure it not the entire RAW, but I'll be doing that on the next chapter.

Also, the Women will be receiving a brand new title from Michael.
