It was a stormy night. It was a rare night as well. All three moons were aligned and in a lunar eclipse. This happened to land on the night when seven eggs were to hatch. Each egg was from a different tribe. But the eclipse looked different in each tribe land. A blood red Mudwing egg was in the shade of a Cyprus tree. The moon looked like a normal eclipse for the other tribes except for the Nightwing tribe. It was a blood moon for the nightwing tribe. But one egg, wasn't normal. It was royal. But before the eggs could hatch, all of them, all seven eggs, were stolen. The icewing egg was taken from the royal hatchery. After all eggs were gathered, the guardians of them, Swan, a former Mudwing guard, Twister, a half blind Sandwing, Ember, a former Skywing soldier, Tide, a prior drawing subject, Ivy, a former royal Rainwing hatchery guard, Blizzard, a maimed Icewing and Eclipse, a half blind Nightwing, cared for the eggs until the icewing hatched. When all eggs hatched, the icewing was named first, and the Sandwing named last. They named them, Frankie, Seafoam, Blood, Flower, Flame and Dust. After that, they knew, they had to start training them, right away.
