Bri's cousins don't seem too bad. I mean, the chick, Kaylee, is a energetic it's tiring and the guy, Balin, mostly keeps to himself. He seems like a chicken. "Uh Cappuccino please," Bri smiles at the ice cream lady. "Chocolate fro yo!" Kaylee cheers "Vanilla please," Sadie says, "Chocolate Chunk please," says Alex, "Rainbow Sorbet," I smile "Mint Chocolate Chip," Balin says routinely, Bri groans, "Come on! Get something new! You literally have never gotten anything else!" Balin just shakes his head. We take our cones and walk outside. "It's too hot!" Bri complains. "Well you do wear all black which attracts heat," Sadie says letting her nerd out. "And not to mention you're a bat," Alex smiles as Bri blushes. Woah I didn't know she could do that. "It is the middle of July in Oklahoma. Let's head some where cool," Kaylee says. We make our way to the gazebo when Balin falls over, spilling his ice cream. "Dude how did you-" Bri laughs until she catches a glimpse of the blond figure standing over him. Greaaaaat he's back. "Dude?! What's your problem?!" I ask furiously. The blond looks at me temporarily dumbfounded. "I uh," he clears his throat, "This small fry isn't a camper here." He justifies. "So?!" Kaylee shouts her hands on her hips. "Do you just like to pick on kids smaller than you?!" Her sweet demeanor is immediately gone. "Yea I do. Wait," lord that idiot is empty headed. "Get outta here before I flatten that face you prize so much!" Bri threatens with her fist in the air. He is cute, but an idiotic bully. "I'd love to see you try shorty," he taunts, bending low as to mock her size even more. Bri hurls her fist into his face but he slowly doges and her hand clips his ear. She grins. "Oh so blondey can fight?" She asks with mock sweetness. He grunts and sends a fist her way, but Bri is faster. She jumps to the side and continues jumping around in a circle. "Stay still!" He grunts clearly loosing energy. Bri grabs his fist, which he attended to her again, and pushes his head to the ground, putting pressure on his arm and shoulder. "So you wanted to see me beat you and I did, so are you gonna leave us alone?" Bri asks. He glances at my triumphant face and grunts, "Yea, yea, fine. Now get off!" She waits half a second and pushes down on is arm before releasing him and smirking. "You're a pretty good fighter for a girl," he laughs and runs to his cabin before Bri can punch him again. "Imma knock some sense into that boy!" She swears. I laugh and agree as we head to our cabin to change so we can go to the lake. "Wait. Where are you guys staying?" I ask Balin and Kaylee. "Uhh, tent?" Balin says unsure and Kaylee elbows him. "We're staying in the empty cabin over that way," she points to a hill. I nod. "But can we change in your cabin? It's closer," she adds as I nod again. "So got a boyfriend yet?" I ask Kaylee and she shrugs. "I kinda flit between. No one is ever how I expect them to be. They'll act a sweet and then be complete jerks." "Oh so we got Heart Breaker over here," Sadie teases and Kaylee laughs. "Yea right. Hey what about you Brook? I saw you look at Blondey?" She teases back. "WHAT?! No way!" All the girls laugh and we meet the boys who were waiting outside for us and changed in Alex's cabin seeing as it was empty. "Hey," I wave making our appearance known. "Let's go," We head to the docks and hop on a motor boat. "Ok who's going first?" I ask and no one says anything. "I guess that means me," I hop in the water and slip my feet into the skis. "GO!" I shout once I'm set up. Bri hits the gas and I'm dragged on top of the water. Splash! I fall over on my side. "Well I tried, Bri get down here!" I climb into the boat as Bri hops down. Her run is going great! She falls after good while due to her arms bending. We all take a turn or two as the sun goes down. "It's getting dark. We should head back," Balin says clearly avoiding his turn. "As chicken as he is, he's right. Every one sit! I'm gonna gun it!" Bri states and she does. The nose of the boat lifts up and I can touch the water from the back. "Woah!" Balin shouts, grabbing a rail for safety. "Slow down!" "No way!" Bri laughs back. She finally slows as we get back to the 'No Wake Zone' and dock. "We're gonna hit the hay, peace," Bri grunts walking groggily to our with a reluctant Sadie and Kaylee in tow. Me and Silver hang back and talk. "Do you honestly like Copper?" She asks. I think a moment, "No. Yes. Maybe? Ugh I don't know," "I think he likes you too," she whispers and I smile to myself.
