Neil and Avni were both in a restaurant munching on the delicacies . Avni didn't want to come but she had to because of his stubbornness.
Both were lost in their thoughts but the only difference was that Neil was lost in Avni while she was busy thinking about the morning incident.

"Where are you lost? "he asked while clicking his fingers in front  of her.

" Nowhere " she replied."BTW where is your family? You never talked about them."

He got a bit sad while hearing this but nevertheless he wanted her to know about his past.
"Actually I was an orphan, I never had a family, I was involved in many crimes from my childhood but when I was 15 years old I was adopted by a couple. They completely changed me and because of them I got to know the meaning of life. Now they are not here with me any more but I wanted to keep them alive by continuing the  orphanage which they started. I have Aayan with me and he is just like my elder brother."
Neil was actually feeling good after a heart to heart talk with her. Finally he had someone with whom he could share his feelings.

Avni was a bit emotional while hearing this. She literally had  no idea how much difficulties he had faced. She was actually feeling proud, the way he had gathered himself after all the mishappenings .

"So this was my story and what about you?" she heard him saying.

"I have my Mom and Dad but they are in India and I feel alone as I don't live with them because of my work. I had an elder sister Mia but she died in an accident 5 years ago. I miss her a lot."she was having tears in her eyes by now.

"Don't be upset, darling" he said just to lighten the atmosphere. "You are not alone I'm always with you" he said while assuring her.
"BTW if you're free in the evening we can go to the orphanage.  All the children will be really happy to meet you" he said.
"I'd be happy to come "replied Avni.

Neil: So you are working on this project with us?

Mr. Sharma : We'd love to work with you but there is one condition. We want to build a 5 star hotel in place of your orphanage and....

Neil didn't even wait for him to continue his talk. He was attached to that orphanage emotionally. He couldn't let anyone destroy it.

"Just get out of here" Neil shouted on him.
"You'll surely regret it Mr. Khanna"he said while storming out of the cabin.

Neil was at his home sitting on the couch watching TV.  Suddenly someone closed his eyes from behind. He realized that touch and hugged that person.

Neil: Bhai,  I missed you so much. When did you come? You didn't tell that you were coming today.

Aayan: This is called a surprise Neil.

Neil: But where is bhabhi?

Aayan: Actually her mom is not well so she went there.

Neil: Oh! I see. You know how much your office missed you. (dramatically)

Aayan: Awww don't worry. I'll join office from tomorrow.

Neil: Now, you take some rest while I'm going to the orphanage.

All the kids were really happy to meet Avni.  Seeing her playing with the kids Neil had a smile on his face.

Same eyes, same hair color and same facial features this is what Avni thought when she saw Aman. She felt a strong connection with him. She got a bit emotional after seeing him. It was as if she was seeing a younger version of Mia.

Neil saw this and asked her if she was okay.
"Neil you know what Aman has same facial features like Mia. It was as if I'm seeing her."she said while looking at Aman who was busy playing.

"Hey, now stop being sad . Mia is always with you here" he said pointing towards her heart.
"And from now onwards I don't want to see tears in your eyes. I only like smiling Avni. Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you look when you smile."he said while pulling her cheeks.

"Nope "she replied.

"Then definitely those people were blind" he said.
She chuckled at his statement .

Neil took her to meet Ali.

Neil: Avni meet Ali, my childhood friend.
They both shook their hands.

Avni: So you are Avni. I was really excited to meet you. Neil told me about you, you're really very beautiful just the way he described.

"Ali are you mad? Can't you keep your mouth shut. Just go away from here" he whispered so that only Ali could hear.

Ali: So, Avni it was nice to meet you. If he troubles you then just let me know.

Neil and Avni were both walking on the road after coming from the orphanage.
There was a comfortable silence between them.
Avni couldn't contain her curiosity and asked "Neil don't you have any girlfriend?"

He smiled and said "Avni if I would have been committed then why would I be here spending my time with you. But why are you asking?"

"Because you are so handsome and kind- hearted. Any girl would fall for you. "
She bit her tongue realizing what she said.

Avni closed her eyes feeling embarrassed. But next what she saw made her shocked.
Neil was actually blushing like a teenage boy.

" That means you'll also fall for me" he asked her cutely.

"Neillllll" shouted Avni.

The next seconds were a blur for Neil.
