"Mom, I missed you so much. " Avni barged inside the house and hugged Neela who was busy cooking.
Neil was laughing at his over excited wifey. He came inside bringing their luggage with him.

" Haww Mom you've forgotten me", Neil complained like a child.

"I can never forget you, understand", said Neela while pulling his ears.
Avni stood at a distance adoring their bond.

"But where is my little devil? " asked Neela .

" Nani I'm here", came a voice. They looked behind to find Neav, their little devil standing at the doorstep.

He was a combination of both Neil and Avni. His dark brown hair, his hazel brown orbs, his looks were very much similar to Neil but his habits, his fair complexion was just like Avni.

"Awww, see how much you've grown." Neela pulled his cheeks lovingly.
He rubbed his cheeks making all of them laugh at his cuteness.

"Nani don't pull my cheeks ", he pouted.
"You know in the school everybody pulls my cheeks as if I am a teddy bear", complained Neav.

"You should stop them if you don't like it", said Neela.

His cheeks adorned a tint of reddish hue after hearing this.
Neela was surprised seeing a 5 year old child blushing. But soon her surprise turned into a frown when both Neil and Avni started laughing.

"Why are you both laughing? " asked Neela, confusion clearly evident on her face.

"Nani let me tell you. Actually when the girls pull my cheeks I can't say no to them na, It feels rude", Neav replied innocently.

Neela was shocked cum surprised after hearing his reply.

"Ma, he is very popular among the girls in his school", said Avni while teasing Neav.

Now this trait surely belongs to Neil.

"Avi where are you? " Neil went towards to the balcony only to find his lady sitting on the couch engrossed in a novel.

'Oh, God what should I do with this girl. She never really cares for herself. It's 12 in the night and she is still busy reading', he muttered under his breath.

He made himself comfortable beside her on the couch. It's been 5 minutes and she didn't care to look at him even once.
He snatched the book from her to make her aware of his presence.

"Neil let me read, my favorite part is going on", she tried to take the book from him but it was all in vain.

She crossed her arms and sat on the couch.

'Oh, so wifey is angry with me', he gave her an amused smile.

"Avi how can you ignore such a handsome man sitting in front of you", he teased her cause he knew that this would definitely make her talk to him.

" You and handsome, in your dreams Mr. Khanna", she spat at him angrily.

'Let's a see how long you can remain angry with me.'
He picked her up in his arms while Avni started kicking her legs in air but he didn't loosen his grip on her.

"I hate you", she mumbled as he tucked her in bed.

"I love you too, wifey", he whispered and kissed her forehead.

"Ma, where is Avni? "asked Neil coming down the stairs.

"There's only one place where she can be at this moment and you know where ", said Neela.

"I miss you Mia." Avni placed the roses on the grave.
A tear trickled down her cheeks, as it was about to fall it was caught by Neil in the midway.

"Hey, don't cry. Won't Mia feel bad seeing her sister crying", said Neil brushing away her tears with his thumb.

She reminisced the time that she had spent with Mia, their childhood banters, their sweet reconciliations, their never ending fights and most importantly their love for each other.

"I love you Mia ", she whispered as she looked at the grave for the last time before going.

And somewhere, far in the heavens Mia smiled in tears as she witnessed the couple walking hand in hand.
