The wildfires continue to ravage what used to be the clan territories, pushing the two finalists closer and closer together. As the fires continue to grow, the two cats are forced into the center of the arena and meet at the cornucopia at Fourtrees.

As the cats enter Fourtrees, Ravenwillow sees Waspthorn before Waspthorn notices the other cat. Ravenwillow chooses to take advantage of this fact and strikes at Waspthorn while he has the upper paw. Waspthorn barely notices the cat charging at him and is caught off guard by Ravenwillow's attack. Waspthorn quickly recovers from the sudden attack and viciously attacks back. Ravenwillow quickly falters due to Waspthorn's continuous barrage of attacks. Eventually, Waspthorn is able to pin Ravenwillow and deals the final blow.

A wolf howls! Ravenwillow is dead!

Waspthorn has won the claw games. But does that mean that the dark forest cats shall let him live?
