News reporters say that most people ran away but some stopped an worshipped it! According to locals, the figure was 100 meters long an stayed in the sky for more than 30 minutes. It may have been fake and created with editing software. But who knows? Are the dementors lurking the muggle world? We are going to get to the bottom of it as soon as we can.
