Caleb can tend to be a bit absent minded and comes off as extremely innocent when you talk to him, but when you see him in battle, he is a ruthless as they come. Nothing will stop him from putting himself in danger's way to protect others, even if his awkward ways overshadow the fact at times.

[ likes ]
Caleb likes anything having to deal with music and loves a good mystery, which is why he was one of the only guards he was originally willing to come to the palace. He always enjoyed a sense of feeling like he had something to protect and coming to the palace had offered him that after he had lost his family. He also loves inventing and tinkering with things and he has upgraded a lot of the defenses in the palace because of this.

He dislikes fighting without a cause or for a pointless cause. If he doesn't see hope in something, he won't fight for it happily. Though, he will always fight to the end if someone's safety hangs in the balance.

[ weaknesses/strengths ]
Caleb's weaknesses are likely his absent minded state, but he strengths are definitely his skills and his heart towards what he does.

[ backstory ]
Caleb was asked to come to the palace after Prince Kason himself had come and seen him giving an exhibit of his works. Kace had immediately taken interest in the other guy and thought he would make a good addition to their forces. Having someone who was as good with inventing and tinkering as Caleb was proved to be helpful to the palace. In no time, he knew all of the secrets of the palace and was asked to help find some "scientific" way around the curse. He still works with Kason and Alec to this day on it.
