A few days had passed and after a muttered discussion with his brothers Hunter had decided they were leaving.
They had managed to swipe a spare tablet from Nala Se, somehow without her knowing about it.
After doing this Tech researched train times to multiple locations trying to find a place to hide, eventually coming across a city named Brendam, it was a small but comfy looking city and was located near the coast.

"You sure this is the best place to go?" Wrecker asked unsure.
"Anywhere's better than here." Hunter said.
"Indeed, and we happen to be very fortunate, there is a train leaving for there tonight." Tech said.
"When at?" Cobalt asked.
"It's an overnight train departing at 11PM tonight, it arrives there very early in the morning so we should be able to slip into town discreetly." Tech said.

"I think you're all forgetting something, how do we pay to get on that thing?" Wrecker asked.
"Nala Se's credit card." Crosshair said simply.
"Wha that's stealing." Wrecker said staring at Crosshair in shock.
"Maybe so, but for once I don't care, she put us in this mess, she can pay to get us out." Crosshair said.
"I guess." Wrecker nodded though he still didn't seem comfortable with the idea.
"How are we supposed to get that?" Cobalt asked confused.

"Already got that covered." Crosshair said pulling it out.
"Where did you find that-you know what I don't wanna know, Tech can you get us tickets on that train?" Hunter asked.
Tech nodded.
"Right, get on it, everyone else pack your things, we're getting out of here...tonight." Hunter said.

That night:

Nala Se had gone to bed a few hours ago now and the five brothers were beginning their escape plan.
Crosshair managed to break them out of the basement by using a hairpin he'd swiped while they'd been allowed out for dinner.

They'd then tiptoed to the door deathly silent, knowing full well the consequences if they were caught.
Hunter grabbed the spare key Nala Se kept under the doormat and quickly but silently opened the door ushering the others out before exiting himself locking the door silently and putting the key aside.

Immediately the five ran in the direction of the station, just ran desperate to get as far as possible from that place.
They ran for several minutes evantually the reaching the station and stopping outside and leaning against the wall or sitting on the pavement trying to catch their breath.

They all panted tiredly not used to being this active, but the important thing was they finally away from Nala Se.
"Tech, how long until the train leaves?" Hunter asked after he'd finally got his breathing under control.
Tech pulled his tablet out of his backpack and switched it on.
"We have about fifteen minutes until the train leaves." Tech said.
Hunter nodded.

Hunter checked over the others and saw Cobalt Sitting on the ground leaning against the station wall holding his stomach, he was about to ask if Cobalt was okay when he suddenly heard Cobalt's stomach rumble loudly.
"Hungry?" Hunter asked.
Cobalt nodded, the others also piped in saying they were hungry too.

"Cross, do you still have the card?" Hunter asked.
Crosshair nodded holding it out for Hunter who accepted it.
"Alright, we'll get some food...actual food, for the train." Hunter said.

Everyone got up and headed into the station, unable to resist staring in awe at how busy the place was, the hustle and bustle unlike anything they'd ever seen before.
Crosshair kept a tight hold on Tech's hand to keep him from wandering off and Wrecker did the same for Cobalt.

"Wow, those trains are so cool." Cobalt said excitedly eyes roaming the entire station looking at the various trains coming in and out of the station.
"Yeah, bet you can't wait to ride it." Wrecker said.
"Yeah." Cobalt said nodding eagerly.

They bought food for the train and spent the rest of their time waiting for the train to arrive and when it did Wrecker had to hold Cobalt back from literally leaping into it as it arrived.
"Calm down Cobalt." Wrecker chuckled.

They quickly got on the train and to the seats Tech booked.
The conductor checked their tickets, and although he was confused to see five kids on the train by themselves, he thankfully didn't question it.
The train set off and Hunter breathed a sigh of relief leaning back in his seat...they were free.
