Broken Law

Former Anchorage Police, who went Corrupt. They operate under former Police Captain James Hathaway. The Broken Law poses as regular officers offering help to stranded civilians only to make them slaves and workers for their Colony. They Battle normal Police Officers, Civilian settlements, Surviving National Guard, and Division Agents.

Bloody Winter

A Cult Formed by Former Priest David Blake, the Bloody Winter does sacrifices to God as they believe the virus and chaos were god's punishment.

Steel Archers

Steel Archers, formed by Local Civilians, cooperate with JTF and The Division as they help them assist take back Anchorage while also helping set up settlements for displaced civilians.

Shadow Tigers

Former PMC, they Operate for the Rogue Agents. They help the Broken Law Enslave people and are commanded by a Corrupt Congresswoman Sarah Quill.

Fire Breakers

Former Anchorage Fire Department turned Crazy and insane. Heavily dependent on drugs, they hunt down survivors and other factions, torturing them until they mentally break them. They are also addicted to fire, burning everything they see.
