So today's chapter is about keeping yourself healthy/how I keep myself healthy through a day to day basis using this amazing app called
Lifesum and also tips to keep you fit and healthy.

So this is the main page where you track the calories you eat and all the vegetables,liquids and fruits you'd consume.

The next page is the 'friends' page is where you can add people my username is @happyhealthyoreolovingtobevegan


You can also save the recipes on the app according to what you eat like for example you can get meals for vegans, vegetarians and for those of you who eat everything.

Note: Not all recipes are free cause you have to pay for the premium package but it gives you free recipes every hour or so.

This is how the recipes will look and how you can see the calories they have and all that jazzy stuff.

SMOOTHIE RECIPE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• 2 Banana's
• 1 tsp of pure honey
• 1-2 cups of Strawberry's
• 1 mini container of natural yogurt

Blend all the ingredients until you get the consistency you want.
