There were only three tents and seven of us. I learnt that normally the brothers, Joe and Nick, the couple, Ross and Rachael and the best buddies, Bobby and Ted occupied one tent each. Apparently, I was the extra one and this was the first time when I felt that I didn't belong in their group.

"Abby and I can sleep in one tent and you boys can adjust in the other two tents," Rachael suggested kindly and I thanked her.

"But Ted wants to sleep with her - ow," Ross groaned as Ted innocently smiled.

My eyebrows knotted in confusion as Rachael's eyes darted between Ted and me. She smiled and said, "Okay, then we'll put Ted and Abby in one tent."

"Well, I don't - "

"What about me?" Bobby asked and Rachael shrugged.

"You can be with Joe and Nick."

"No way!" Joe exclaimed.

"Not done," Nick denied and Rachael sighed.

"Come on guys - "

"Last time we shared a room with Bobby, he didn't let us sleep in peace at all. He didn't run out of silly ghost stories even after hours and when we finally slept, he blew air into our ears," Nick complained and I muffled a laughter.

"I woke up to find him clinging to my leg as he kissed my knee in his dream. I cannot tolerate that shit again, only Ted can," Joe said and Bobby smiled sheepishly.

"Hey, it's not my problem that your leg is so sexy - "

"Alright guys. Stop arguing. You guys are so... eew," Rachael said and scrunched her nose in disgust.

"So what's the conclusion of all this? I'm tired as eff," Joe said and yawned.

"Erm... I'll sleep in the van," I said shyly.

"Not gonna happen," Joe said quickly and Nick too nodded.

"No, honey. You won't sleep in the van," Rachael confirmed and drummed her fingers on her chin. Involuntarily, all eyes landed on Bobby.

"Fine, I'll go!" Bobby exclaimed and marched towards the van. He turned around and added, "Only for you, Abby Baby."

I felt a tugging bad feeling for Bobby but I tried to shake it away. It was morning, though the atmosphere was still dark outside. I lay inside the warm and cozy tent, wrapped in Ted's arms. I shamelessly snuggled closer to him and sighed.

"Good morning," Ted mumbled and I immediately tried to move away. I felt his body vibrate against mine and I heard him chuckling.

"It's okay. We already did something more than this," Ted said in a husky voice.

"You sound like we did the deed," I said and got up. Ted groaned and caught my leg. I shrieked and accidently kicked his face.

"Shit, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to - but I thought you would start behaving like Bobby did to Joe," I muttered as Ted blamed the painful kick on poor Bobby.

I took a warm shower and got dressed into loose trousers and shirt. I tied my hair into a messy bun and sat on my bed. I was at my home and it was noon, still I felt like going to bed again.

I noticed my phone lying on the nightstand. I picked it up and unlocked it. The image of Ted and me under the northern lights flashed. My eyebrows knotted in confusion. Somebody must have seen this because I never opened the gallery.

And that somebody might be Poppy! I saw a scribbled note under the pencil stand. I quickly picked it up and it read -

You left me here.
You're so cruel. By the time you realize this, I'll be in Norway :-)
