Hattori's POV

We need to escape. Yet, I don't think I even made a plan to escape. This is going to burn us into flames. The flames are burning up the grass. Oh god. We have to burn the grass first. 

"Find the middle Kudou! If it's going to burn we shall burn!" I yelled.
"I'm already doing that slow poke idiot." he shouted back. 
"Ya, what did ya say?" 
"Nothing! Hurry up and help me will ya?" 

I rushed to his aid. We started to work on burning more of the grass. We used our T shirt to burn the grass. In a circle of flame. No wind. Slowly and slowly the flame is burning up our living area. We gotta hurry. We've burnt the middle in a circle. Now we need to climb a tree. I hope we did this in time. 

"Climb the tree ya bastard!" Kudou yelled from the tree.
"I'm coming ya idiot," I replied.
I quickly climbed to the top. All we need to do is wait at the top. Until the flame burns away. I sat on the branch looking at the fire and the branch that was under me started to break. I fell... CRAP!!

I was falling in the flame. I felt as if I was falling from the sky. But just in time, Kudou grabbed my collar. It strangled me a little. 
"Hurry up. The collar is gonna break soon ya know." Kudou yelled.
"Thanks for strangling me," I yelled back. 
"Ya know I can let you go and die right now?" he asked then he grunted.
"Sorry. I'm coming right now." 

I climbed up the tree and sat again on a branch that WILL NOT break. I sat for a while and the tree started to wobble. The tree was burning and the plan isn't finished yet. We had to jump to another tree that was 2 meters away. Can we reach it?

Kazuha's POV

The flame has gone too big. I just saw Heiji fall into the flame. No.....no... Did he just fall to death? I cried. The tree burnt down and the island was filled with flame. Nothing was left. Just flames and ashes. Shinichi who was also in a tree jumped into the flame. I can see them burning. No no NO!! I cried. My legs couldn't hold my weight. 

"COME BACK, IDIOT!! OR ELSE I'LL MAKE YOU INTO SHINICHI MINCE!!" Ran yelled at the flame.
"COME BACK OR I'LL BEAT YOU UP IN HELL!!" I shouted.
But then the flame disappeared and revealing Kudou-kun and Heji. 
"Maybe we should have died in the flame," Kudou-kun muttered scratching his dirty face.
"Yeah. I guess it's a little too late." Heji said scratching his face that was covered in soot. 

We ran towards Kudou-kun and Heiji giving a really big bear hug.
"I thought ya died. Idiot!" I shouted and still crying. 
"Sorry. Sorry." Kudou said while patting both of our heads.

Narrator POV

Surmising things up. The criminal was taken and the event of fade with the flame with the night sky. While the love between two lovely dovey couples continues to grow stronger. They separated to their homes. Huh? Have Heji confessed to Kazuha yet? That is my dear readers will be in the Sequel "Case with my lover." So no they haven't confessed. He has failed once again.
