Everyone's been wondering why Lloyd's evil double became evil now.

So let's start.

Name: 'Lloyd' or either Bete Noire.

Age: ????  (Physically 17 and mentally 12)

Special Power: None (but when he has the lilac of fear,he will have one.)

Since in book 1 made by BlvdCharms, Dr.Trent made him.

So 'Lloyd' is not a human or even a monster.
He's made of magic.

And yes, he's still controlled by Kai's evil double but different this time.

'Lloyd' is tasked to remove all elemental masters from existence even the ninja and find a way to bring back the ninjas' evil doubles and rule Ninjago.

The only way is to defeat 'Lloyd' is not to attack or kill him because it will be useless and it will not cause damage to him since he's made of magic.

There's a little part of him that is Morro too but Morro is not in this book.

'Kai' believes that 'Lloyd' will do everything he says so he's chosen to escape from the alternate reality.

He escaped because of Dr.Trent.

He's also possessing Lloyd's body but Lloyd's soul is not there anymore because during the confrontation between him and Lloyd. He killed Lloyd with his scythe.

He has Kakorrhaphiophobia (fear of failure or defeat).
