I watched him walk away.

Tears fall from eyes.

I realize what's gotten into him.

(Hours Later...)

I told Kai to talk to me at the backyard in private and he did.

I went far away from Kai to feel the breeze all by myself.

"What is it that you want to tell me Lloyd?" He asked.

"You know what's happening right?" I asked.

I turned around to see if he nodded.

He did nod.

I looked away again.

"This whole thing is my fault Kai...I started this mess." I said with no emotion.

"What are you talking about?" Kai said.

Good thing,I told him that I think my good self turned evil now.

"I don't believe that it's your fault Lloyd...you just feel so lonely that you want your world back the way it is.." Kai spoke with determination.

"Kai...I'm the only one who can defeat him...No one else but me." I said.

"I'm gonna go find him and fight him and maybe change his mind." I continued.

"Please stay here...we can fight together! But first we have to rest and get stronger.." Kai planned.

"No Kai...If I stay..the more people will die..just like what happened in the prep school and..." I trailed off.

"But you'll die! Please just rest! And I can help you change his mind." Kai exclaimed.

I growled in annoyance.

"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!" I yelled.

I heard Kai gasp.

"The reason he's like this is because of me......when I started to kill some people..so that I can have some strength..When I killed every single one of them...I felt some hatred in my heart..

What I did is so unforgivable...I threw the hate into Lloyd's heart. As I keep on killing people...including Cole...that time...the hate doesn't appear in my heart but in his heart.

And it consumed him.

And now he came back...blinded by this substance..." I explained.

"But--" Kai spoke but I interrupted him.

"Please be quiet...You don't need to help me.." I said with comfort in my voice.

"I know you'll die! Please..! Let me help you!" Kai cried out.

Those words...those are the words he said to me.

"Since when are you worried about me dying? You don't feel anything in the past when Lloyd is in a coma or maybe hurt.." I spoke as I summoned my sword.

"I'm sorry! That was in the past! But atleast I can still feel some feelings! Like happiness,fear,sadness and such! But you don't want to!" Kai yelled,angrily.

"Just let me help you..." I heard him say.

I was just speechless but I shook it off.

"At least 'Kai' wasn't such a coward..." I said with no emotion.

I heard Kai gasp and cry.

He ran to the apartment.
