I woke first and saw the apples. I couldn't see them last night. I picked as many as I could carry and put them al, in the bag. I then woke Ivy and James. We all are the apples for breakfast and made our way deeper into the forest.

When we arrived it was beautiful. The sun was shining in between each tree. We all climbed the trees and passed branches and twigs to each other. We made a platform out of these. We all hung out our jackets to make a small hammock each. I don't know how James did it but he tied the bikes up onto the tree platform. James brung a radio with him and listened in each day. The military were preparing to fight against the contaminants. When James listened to the radio Ivy explored and found a river. She brung back some fresh water to wash with.

That night James kept the radio on. The military were called in and started fighting to take back what's rightfully ours. We all slept in our hammocks whilst chaos started being averted as the contaminants were being stopped.

At least I hadn't become an infectant. I hadn't become one of the fallen.
