I WILL BE USING THE HUNGER GAMES SIMULATOR FOR THIS. The sim is totally random, so there's no picking favorites. You will be assigned a random district with a random partner. I will tag you once, then just state your name.
I will include everything, from the boring moments to the not boring moments.
I myself am not participating, although I encourage you all too!

2. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
3. YOU CANNOT RECOMMEND A DISTRICT.

I will not start the game until we have all 24 contestants. I hope that we can get enough soon, but I know people don't really look at their announcements. It would be awesome if you participated or just spread the word. This isn't really a big deal, it's just a fun game that you can join!
