I groggily open my eyes, everything is blurry, every muscle numb. The last thing I remember is the purple dragon, Spyro, telling me to get close to him but it's all fuzzy from there. I force myself to stand and the world starts to get clearer. I'm on some sort of platform in the middle of an arena-like room. As the world comes into view, I see him, Spyro, unconsious next to me and he looks bigger than when I last remember him. Then my memory returns, just like that. Spyro must've used some sort spell to save us from something. I can't seem to remember what. I start trying to rouse the dragon. "Spyro.." I see his eyes start to open. "Spyro get up.." His eyes open and he asks,"Where are we?" And I answer,"I don't know it all a blur." Spyro gets up. "I know, my heads pounding." I suddenly hear it. "Shhh, that's not your head, I hear too," I whisper. "Well I don't like this place lets go," he says but as we start go our separate ways green chain flicker into view and prevent us from going farther. "This can't be good," We say in unison and I lie down. "So tell me... do you remember anything, of the night that's all a blur to me?" His head sharply lifts. "What night?" I curl my tail. "Well... I remember you saying 'get close to me' and then some flashes then fuzziness." Spyro looks thoughtful for a moment. "I remember that too but that's all." I slap my tail on the ground. "Bother!" Spyro looks surprised. I look down. "It sucks that I'm chained to you," I growl biting my wing. Spyro looks hurt for a couple of seconds. "Then it sucks to be you," he retorts coolly but I can sense pain in the tone of his voice. He glares at me before giving me a pained look before  lying down with his back facing me.
