When I initially wrote this story, I wanted to make the timeline fit in with the chronological order of the games but after some re-reading, I realised that it wouldn't fit with my plan for specific characters and plot points. So, I decided to space out the story between the games a bit more to fit my narrative. I hope it won't confuse anyone.
