Damn Sensei, you still make me nervous. How can you create such a tense atmosphere again? Sakura thought.

As agreed, Team 7 was on the roof of the academy and Kakashi was just staring at them like they had grown two heads. After what seemed like an eternity, he spoke.

"Well, why don't you guys introduce yourselves?"

"Well, what are we supposed to say?" Asked Naruto.

"Hmm, well your interests, things you like, things you hate, your dreams for the future. Things like that?"

"Ano sa, why don't you start by introducing yourself so we can get a rough idea?"

"Me? Okay... I am Hatake Kakashi. I have lots of hobbies, things I hate... There are many. My dreams for the future, I don't feel like telling them to you. Al right. Now your turn."

All three of them just stared at him after hearing his stupid introduction. You really are weird.

"That was totally useless. All you did was tell us your name. Right?"

"Yeah yeah! That was useless."

"Well, what can you do? Now let's start with the blond kid. Go on"

"Okay. I am Uzumaki Naruto! I like Cup Ramen a lot! I hate waiting for 3 minutes before the ramen is cooked. I really like the ramen that Iruka Sensei bought for me at Ichiraku Ramen! And my dream for the future is to become the greatest hokage! So that people will acknowledge my existence!"

Sakura smiled a bittersweet smile to herself as she heard his introduction. I hope so too Naruto. I will definitely help you reach that goal.

Kakashi saw the smile Sakura had and narrowed his eye just a little. She is definitely weird.

"Okay, that was good. Next the Raven haired kid in the middle."

All of them stared at Sasuke as the silence dragged on. Finally, he spoke. Will it be the same as last time?

"Name is Uchiha Sasuke. I hate a lot of things and I don't particularly like anything. I don't have any dreams but I do have an ambition and that is to kill a certain person. I will restore my clan and become strong."

Ahh... He is still filled with hate. How will I handle him? Sakura thought with a troubled expression. Well, at least all of them are the same. She thought positively. I'll manage somehow.

And Kakashi again saw Sakura's expression during Sasuke's speech. I'll keep an eye on her. Sasuke said just what I had suspected. Well, let's see what you have to say, little girl.

"Okay. Next."

"Me? Oh yeah. I am Haruno Sakura. Umm... I like to train and read. I hate conflicts and selfish people. I have an interest in medical ninjutsu. My dream for the future is to help my comrades in the time of need and help them achieve their goals." She finished cheerfully. At least it was better than my first introduction. She cringed when she remembered what she had said. Ahh Kakashi Sensei must have hated me then.

All of them were staring at her with interest. That was totally not what I was expecting. There was no mention about her interest in medical ninjutsu in there bio. She is definitely interesting. Let's see what you hold, Sakura.

"Well, now that we are done with the introductions, let me tell you about your test."

"Test? As in mission? Are we really going to have a mission?" Naruto asked exitedly.

Sasuke also straightened a little which showed he was interested.

Wait for it...

"No. This is a survival exercise. It will determine whether you pass or fail as genin."

"WHAT!! No! We did that stuff plenty of times at the academy! I wanna do a mission!"

I should probably say something or it might be weird.

"Yeah Sensei. We have done a lot of drills."

"Oh you guys don't know, do you? You aren't fully genin yet. You have to pass this test to determine your fate as Ninjas. Of all the students who were selected as candidates for the test only a few will be selected. So you guys still aren't qualified as genin." He finished in a grave voice.

Naruto had his jaw dropped while Sasuke had his eyebrows knitted showing his irritation. Meanwhile, Sakura was having a hard time controlling her laughter after his speech but soon she also started​ to freak out. Oh no! How will I make them work together!? What if the test wasn't about teamwork this time?! Will he change the main goal?

"Bu-bu-but then what about the graduation exam? Was that useless!?" Naruto asked frantically.

"Oh that. That was just so we could select candidates who were capable of becoming genin. It was not the final test. This will be the final test. You guys will meet me at training ground 3 tomorrow at dawn. Bring your gear. Oh and don't eat your breakfast."

"Why is that?"

"Well, how can I say this... If you do then you might puke. Well that's all. See you later." And then he went off leaving 3 disheartened kids behind.

"Ahh!! This is so not fair! How can a guy like that be our teacher!?"

"Well, no use complaining now. Let's just see what happens tomorrow. But this is seriously annoying." Sakura finished with a pout. You better not change the test Sensei or you will have your name on my hit list. But first, I need to bond with Sasuke and help Naruto befriend him.
