     Narrator's POV:
It has been four years since Marinette begins to run. A fact well on the minds of others in the area where she lives. There is one person who does not know about it yet, and his name is Luka Cuffaine.

     Luka's  POV:
Luka sits on the beach to enjoy the nice summertime. As he enjoys the sun's rays he sees a girl run past him in a flash. He thinks wow she is fast. Then, he wonders what direction she came from since he barely saw here.

"Does anyone know who that was who ran past me?" Luka asks with a  grin.

    "Forget it, Luka," Juleka says.

"Yes, she is right that girl is not worth it," Nino adds.

"They are both right,"  Alya adds.

"She is one strange girl," Adrien remarks.

       "Who is she?" Luka asks.

    Adrien's POV:

"Well, I will tell you, but only because you insist in asking so much," Adrien says.

"Her name is Marinette Dupain-Cheng and she is always on the run," Adrien states.

Adrien sees Luka give him a look that shows how he does not believe him.

"Look, you have to believe me man, she has been like this for four years already," Adrien remarks.

    Chole's POV:
"Luka, I know you might be new here, so let me tell you," Chole says.

"The girl Marinette is bad news, she just runs nonstop," She remarks with a  laugh.

"I mean what is with that girl?" Chole asks.

"It is not nice to make fun of others just because you do not understand them," Luka speaks up.

Chole shakes her head as she thinks to bad he is so cute.  She can tell the boy refuses to listen to reason. She knows he must be trouble since he goes on about how great the town weirdo is to him.  She laughs again as she rolls her eyes and lays back on her beach towel.

     Luka's POV:

Luka does not care what they say.  He will show them all. He find out the truth about why she runs and will find a way to help her. Then, everyone will see that he was right to listen to his mother's advice. He recalls how she once told him, "Luka everyone is worth something."  It is something he has never forgotten.

He smiles as he thinks to himself that he will figure out a way to befriend the girl who runs as everyone calls her.
