The title says it all. The reason they are screwed is because of React World. Lately they have been taking down smaller react channels and have already trademarked Kids react, teens react etc. and have had lawyers threaten other channels who are doing there "format" they have even threatened Ellen and Buzzfeed. Now with react world, they are doing the hugest loophole and any and every react channel is at stake. People have now realized what they are doing and now they are losing subs by the second.
